Negative experience: Went in for fingerprinting and background information was sent to the incorrect board code. Although it was the mistake of the person who took the fingerprint order, they refuse to send to the correct code without charging their fee of $102.50 once again. Don’t waste your money here. They will try to scam you for their mistake.

Fantastic experience: Was warmly greated on entrance by the lady at the front desk. She also saw I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. The staff member who was doing the prints explained every thing and even made a second card do to some issues with my left hand. Prints are hard to get on that hand because of injuries and prior jobs. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Negative experience: Came in on a Saturday to get some last minute fingerprints done. On Google and on their website it says it’s they are opened on Saturday until 7pm. I called ahead many times but no one answered my call. I even made an appointment online just to come and wait outside for about an hour. It appeared that no one was in the office.
