Fantastic experience: I have had the opportunity to know people who have used this service. They have been successful in using this company for custody cases and cases evolved around adultery. This company works hand-in-hand with many attorneys to find the needed proof for cases, long before they reach court. Using this company can actually save people high legal fees, as it helps to "have the proof" with regard to peacefully negotiating cases, instead of racking up high court fees and not being able to prove anything, once you get to court. I wish I had known about them years ago when I wanted peaceful negotiations with a person from my past. Having proof to negotiate, prior to court, would have been so much quicker and less stressful. In addition, this company provides many other services.....call and ask! You will be surprised! This company may actually be able to save your business lots of money with regard to worker's comp claims, frivolous law suits, etc. In today's world, many sue for no reason. Be able to "fight" back with the "proof" in hand!

Negative experience: Reached out to Suzanne about an ongoing lawsuit in February 2020.(I realize that Covid-19 pandemic shut down the country, including court houses for several months). I paid her upfront a retainer. Unbeknownst to me, she apparently was having medical issues and couldn’t perform the work. All she sent me was an internet search, that showed nothing of any use to the case. I had already done an internet search for $20, which had no data. Upon hiring her, on our initial consult, she said that she was going to check courthouses, previous employees, previous dissatisfied clients, professional boards, and also research other Premier Investigation contacts in North Carolina and Tennessee. It was a total waste of $1,500 to hire NC Premier Investigations, Inc. and I was told that I could not get my money back per the contract I signed. NC Premier Investigations did not follow through on their part of the contract.
Mrs Raborn, we researched every source available to find the information you were looking for. Your husband even stated well into the investigation that he believed the Dr had paid alot of money to have any negative information about him removed. I never said I would contact previous dissatisfied clients of the Dr. as I would not have access to who the Drs patients were. That crosses over into HIPPA laws and I will not violate any laws to obtain information. I checked every avenue I could and the information you want, it simply is not there. As for my illness, please do not make it out to seem as though I was ill and did not disclose that to you at the time we took your case in Feb 2020. June 13, 2020, I was diagnosed with breast and lung cancer. None of that had any impact on your case. Your husband called my cell phone June 18, 2020, and I was unable to answer due to surgery. He did not leave a voicemail. Days later he sent an email that was less than acceptable and HE terminated our contract. Although I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the outcome, it is not from our lack of working your case, but the lack of information available, if there ever was any negative information about this Dr. We do not guarantee the results you want, but we do guarantee to do everything we legally can to get the answers you need. Unfortunately, in your case, it was not there.

N.C. Premier Investigations Inc takes great pride in the work we do for our clients. Unfortunately, not everyone gets the results they hope for. This client wanted us to fabricate information and we refused. I do not like it when clients are not happy but I will not break any laws to obtain information or compromise my integrity by lying on reports.
