Negative experience: Also if I could give 0 stars I would. This man is extremely rude and will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Another $10 to get a phone number to help me with my problem. Any sentence I said he had to correct me in the most derisive tone possible. If you want someone to be ridiculously mean to you for no reason, try this place.

Negative experience: I don’t suggest anyone to do fingerprint at this office. The gay has very bad attitude, the door was locked when you call the number the person who answer the phone Will yell at you. It’s just bad experience

Negative experience: If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Go spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE! The man that was in was VERY rude and disrespectful from the beginning. This was my very first time getting finger printed and not knowing the procedure, I didn’t have two numbers that were necessary for my application. Of course something that could’ve easily been retrieved and WAS, this man’s tone and attitude was just very disgusting. That isn’t the way to treat people especially customers that can impact your business. No way to run anything. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Negative experience: Man was horribly rude to me when I called to ask about their hours. He went on a rant and hung up on me when I asked if it was cash only and why. If this is their customer service on the phone, then I can't imagine what it would be like to actually go there.

Negative experience: Awful. The website says you can use cash, credit card, and checks, but the person on the phone was rude and degrading. He said they only accept cash, which is a blatant lie. The building was locked. Do not go here.

Negative experience: This place is a total dud, honestly, zero stars. First off, their opening hours as listed are false. I called ahead to make sure they were open, and they told me I could swing by anytime before 4:30. It's a Friday, and I show up, only to find the door locked. I call the same number again, and I'm told they're open till 4:00 on Fridays, not 4:30 like they said earlier. I got my prints done at Ageless Fingerprinting, which is just 10-minutes away. It's also $34 cheaper. So, do yourself a favor, save your money and your time. I had to learn this lesson the hard way.

Negative experience: Lacks phone etiquette. The guy was rude, disrespectful, and terminated the call prematurely before I could ask a question. I called back to speak to a supervisor and I was sent to voicemail.

Negative experience: I ignored the negative reviews to see for myself, and let me just say these 1 star reviews do not do this place justice. I called to ask about availability, the man on the phone told me to bring $69 cash. My employer told me it should be $50, and I even have a check for $50. He then got heated and told me to go find somewhere that costs $50. I will do exactly that sir

Negative experience: Zero stars. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. While I was at the establishment, the guy started to yell at me and almost wanted to fight me. I had to grab my belongings and run out. Instead I went to a place 15 mins down the road, All American Protective Services. Much better customer service and was quick and easy.

Fantastic experience: Service: fingerprints for WCHGP (Found out he also does DC and Utah). Not sure why the ratings are so low - I didn't have any issues. The 1 stars I would assume are from entitled or petty individuals. Great experience. Quick and efficient, even better that I live in walking distance. Very knowledgeable. And most of all, answered the phone!!!! (dying quality in businesses nowadays)

Positive experience: If your goal is to obtain fingerprints for background checking purposes, visa applications, etc.., this place will get it done! However, just beware the front desk personnel is brash and customer service is not his strength. Good luck!

Negative experience: I had a 4:00 pm appointment and as I walked through the door the employee who later identified himself as the manager, rudely told me to sit down someone would be with me shortly. I have never experienced such poor customer service and at that moment I was ready to leave. He continue to yell orders also was aggressive, extremely rude, and ill-mannered. Due to his annoying behavior, it got hard for me to put through my transaction. Finally, I told him I was done and canceled the appointment. If he is not given proper training on how to deal with the customers, I am sure this business will suffer. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness.

Negative experience: They used my personal information without my permission, I fear for my personal information being used because they are not trustworthy. They misplaced their key and used my information to call me to ask for their missing key, and they texted back to say it had been found, causing me so much emotional distress because I went there to do a background check. I will never recommend anyone to go there. They were out of line and treated me with disdain ….what they did was unacceptable, they accused me falsely and they used my personal detail on the background check form to text me with their personal line …. Using my detail for personal use….very offensive . They are not worth a star, the place needs to be looked into. Because your personal details may be exposed . Not professional at all.

Negative experience: RUDE RUDE RUDEEEEEE!!!!! I called to confirm that the time that was listed on google and their website was accurate. I was met with rude customer service. I should not have to guess when you all are open nor should I be told to utilize common sense because you failed to update your information. Do better! Negative experience: I’ve been finger printed before, and it’s usually very easy and nice. This was unnecessarily difficult. The worst experience during my time in the office was when the man who finger printed me asked me to verify my information. I told him my information was incorrect. He told me it was correct, told me he is the expert on his system, and then yelled in front of other customers that he has “two masters degrees.” I was shaking the entire time. I would go anywhere else in Silver Spring for fingerprinting. What a nightmare.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment with 9-11 Security and Investigation Services for fingerprinting and the staff member was extremely rude with me. He first interrupted me while I was asking a question about their hours, then when I asked if they are open on weekends, he said "ARE YOU CRAZY? NO OF COURSE WE ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS". I asked him to lower his voice and to not talk to me that way, at which point he hung up the phone. I will never be using this service again.

Negative experience: This business was recommended to me as a means to get a background check and fingerprinting. When I called, a man answered and explained the process. I thought I heard him mention "you'll have to get a background check first, then come get fingerprinted" so I politely asked a question to clarify. He proceeded to throw a tantrum and start yelling. I listened to him attempt to insult my intelligence for about 6 seconds before I stopped him. Then he hung up the phone. I wouldn't call this a professional establishment, and I wouldn't trust any services from this place. I noticed another review say he asked them to pay $55 cash, he told me it would be $65 cash and I'd receive 2 receipts, one for the his labor and one for government fees. I had no problem with this, however, there are many other agencies for less money and more professional to give your hard earned cash to.

Fantastic experience: It is opened! But call to make sure the modified office hours. They will tell you the code to get into the building: Take the stairs instead of elevator if you can. Bring cash $69, same price before pandemic, and wear a mask (they will ask you to). The office itself is clean and tidy. The gentleman that did my fingerprints was very courteous. He had hand sanitizer and was also wearing a mask.

Negative experience: First of all, the man there was quite rude and patronizing. And very expensive service. He wanted $55 cash just to take fingerprints! You can get it done by the DC police at 300 Indiana for $5 (you need a DC ID). The DC police directed me to Federal Services where it's $10. I was feeling lazy and thought since I'm headed to Silver Spring, why not get it done there. For my laziness, I was prepared to pay a max of $25. But $55 That's daylight robbery.

Positive experience: I parked on the side of the building, walked to the door to the building, and the door was locked. Thankfully, someone walked up and knew the code to get in. So I got in, and went up the scary elevator, and walked to the office. The office was also locked, so I had to knock and wait for someone to let me in. Once I was inside, I saw a sign that they had that said they didn’t have parking and that my car would be towed. I had only been there about 5 minutes and as I ran back down (with baby in stroller) I saw that they were about to tow my car. Thankfully I was able to stop them, and the guy told me I could leave my car there since I wouldn’t be in there long and I had a baby with me. But the building is really sketchy with weird offices and weird people inside. The positive thing is that I was in and out quickly and that I got what I needed in the mail within 3 days. So, I’d say it’s worth to use their services, as long as you are in a paid parking area, and have the code to get into the building.

The process was quick and easy - in & out in around 15 minutes. The man who ran the place was helpful and gave me advice for how to best apply for a background check.

Negative experience: Will never come here again. Came here during business hours and the doors are locked. Waited 20 mins and no one showed up. On the website they advertise as their employees "always being on time". The building is badly maintained and unclean.

Fantastic experience: The man at this location was very nice. I went in a few minutes (4 minutes) after the location closed and he still serviced me. I was so glad! I see a couple reviews here saying he is rude, I do not think so. He just moves fast, which can sometimes be taken for being abrupt.

Explained the entire fingerprint process to me very well and I was processed in about 10 minutes as was promised and was given two receipts after being processed , one from them and one from the government and the technician even went over the government receipt with me and adviced me to contact the government with any questions through their phone numbers undernite their receipt. Overall service was very excellent and I will recommend them to any one who need their service.

Negative experience: The person answering the phone sounds like he knows what he is doing but this place was horrible to deal with. I showed up at 10am and no one was at the office though it states on the website they open at 9 am so I called the number at the office and he said they open at 1030. I waited for someone to arrive at 1030 and no one showed and I called again and they said that the person who is suppose to work car broke down but someone was on there way.. It was one excuse after another what a waste of my time. Avoid this place.
