Fantastic experience: Kyle at Flatirons Private Investigations did a very timely and thorough investigation of finding a person who owed me money from a small claims court case. This individual has been failing to show up to subsequent court hearings after the verdict because he refuses to pay me. A bench warrant was issued in January 2024 and the Boulder County Court informed me that it was my responsibility to provide the defendant’s date of birth in order for the bench warrant to be executed. After a few days of scratching my head since no identification and information about the defendant was given to me by the courts, I decided to call Flatirons PI. Kyle immediately jumped into action and within 1 hour came up with the defendant’s aliases, addresses, criminal record, and dates of birth. Yes, the defendant had 2 different dates of birth. I couldn’t have asked for a better choice in PIs than Kyle and plan on using him for any future PI needs.

Fantastic experience: 5 ++ star review…..I can’t say enough good things about Kyle. I was in a severe crisis with my EX, who is a horrific narcissist, border-lining on sociopath. I’ve been trying to free any connection to this man for years. I was referred to Kyle by a close Christian friend of mine and I immediately trusted him. He helped me evict my EX , by surveying my rental house & serving papers. I had to prove to the court, the new girlfriend, her kids and her excessive pets were living in my house and breaking the lease. I was at the point where negotiations with my EX were severely hurting my mental, & emotional health. I had to take a leave of absence from work. In addition I was drowning in debt from him. Fantastic experience: I have been going through a nightmare situation with a moving company. They have been holding my items for over a month without any word on a delivery date, and I could not reach the owners of the company. Kyle called me back so quickly, offered advice, and sent me an e-mail the same day with several phone numbers for the owners. The very next day (today) I received a call from the owner with an update on my belongings! I now have his cell number too. He was outstanding and so kind. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Intelligence. That’s the first word that came to mind when I started writing this review. When Kyle solved this case, and was able to find the witness we needed to subpoena, I cried tears of joy. I thought it was essentially impossible to find this witness. All we had was a misspelled name, and a school that I knew he attended a year prior (that was now closed due to COVID). All really seemed hopeless, and Kyle was very realistic with me. He said the chances were slim, and there was no doubt about that. But when I read Kyle’s message that he had found the witness, I was overwhelmed with joy and so relieved. It has been a HUGE weight taken off my shoulders. He’s incredibly intelligent. Kyle was very humble and modest, which I’m assuming means he finds people like this all the time. 10/10 highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I left a voicemail at closing time stating I had concerns regarding a shady guy and wanted a call back the next day to discuss possible help. Kyle called me a few hours later which was 9:33 pm Colorado time and to my surprise he was pulling reports as we spoke.
