Negative experience: Buyer Beware!! I do not recommend them. Please also note that ALMOST ALL of their reviews are written by people who have only ONE review! Fishy to me. Stillinger's was hired in a child custody case to provide ME with information. The first week I was informed they had "placed the camera incorrectly" therefore they obtained no footage during the entire first week. The close of business the day prior to the court case in which I hired them to provide ME with information, Stillinger contacted ME to squeeze ME for another, almost $500.00 to put together the report. Please note they waited until late in the day, prior to court. They had the information for over a week and asked for nothing until the day before court. Once at court the Defendent produced a GPS report from her phone showing her hours away on vacation during a time and date that Stillingers had her in town, at a bar with the child. Of course, the report was tossed. Now Stillinger is threatening to sue me if I don't remove this review. I wonder if this is why the company has all 5 star reviews? A wasted $4,000!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend giving them a call if your in a sticky situation and need help or direction on how the whole PI process even works. The entire Staff was extremely friendly and responsive in what was otherwise a pretty sensitive situation. They were very knowledgeable and informative on what I needed documentation wise and how to go about getting it. Consultation was free and really helped get me going in direction I needed!
