Negative experience: Do not have your UPS packages shipped here. I had been coming here every day for a week trying to pick up my package and no one opens the door. Very frustrating
UPS erroneously states the Spy Shop accepts packages. We don’t. There’s also a sign there that states that.

Negative experience: When I went to buy a camera, service was wonderful. When I went to talk to them about the malfunctioning device, they did not want to hear me. I was told I had to talk to the owners in order to claim a refund and I was told they are almost never at the store.
Totally unacceptable! Thank you for your comment. I was totally unaware of this and certainly would never encourage our staff not to exchange defective merchandise. Our merchandise is 100% genuine and better quality. Online does not show you how to use your product effectively and a lot of products online are fake. Why compare a real store with online knockoffs? If you're serious about catching a cheating spouse we encourage our customers to invest in the best. We purchase our products from certified US suppliers, not from china. We have 4 and 5 stars from other customers for one reason. That reason is that we have great products and great customer service. If you have a malfunctioning device please stop by to replace it.

Negative experience: I just put down the phone after 10 minutes of waiting for the guy to come back and give me feedback about the package. Both Columbia and UPS have VERY POOR customer service.
The comment you're leaving is about personal UPS packages and is totally irrelevant. The spy shop is an convenient access point for people who have missed their packages from UPS. We have no control over UPS issues.
Negative experience: This place is always closed they are only open a few hours Monday through Friday. Listing says it opens at 10:30am but I have pass by a few times and it was closed 10:30am to 12 noon.
Why post things that are untrue? The store hours are posted respectively. 12-8pm
