Negative experience: After explaining my needs, the owner Mike assured me that he could help. I paid $595 and received an address (which later turned out to be an old address). I paid an additional $360 to have the individual served. The last communication I received from Mike was that the process servers were “backed up”. He never showed me any attempt of service, so I hired another company and had the individual served within 48 hours. He refused to refund the $360 even though he didn’t deliver any results. After my experience, I feel that this is a scam company or Mike is just a terrible private investigator. Luckily, I found a different company to handle my request.

Negative experience: It's a scam. Mr. Jaczewski did not provide any information. I paid $1500 for emails full of excuses and promises with zero info. They don't have an office at 535 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, as they advertise! I asked all the tenants—nobody, including the receptionist, had heard of them. It's a typical scam. I'm filing a small claim in court to see if I can get my money back. The "owners"response below is a lie that can be easily exposed -Just go to location they areadvertising and ask anyone if they know Toltec ever had office there. (even the person manning the reception will deny any knowledge about Toltec -unless you say you came to drop check for them). I'm not done with you -Scam artist!

Negative experience: WASTE of money and time - Mike (owner) made promises he didn’t keep, such as communicating weekly as agreed. Once he had my money he would ignore my calls and I often got “he was not available”. After 3 months of NO results he claimed the $1200 was spent and required more money to send someone to watch a property. I tried terminating contract twice before this point but he claimed he would get results and continued with out my consent. Most offensive is the post he made earlier on public forum where he divulged information and specifics about my case in order to dispute my families claim that he and his company lacked the integrity and ability to find a missing person in the the known states. Unacceptable violation of trust! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY ON INTERNET SEARCHES.

Negative experience: WASTED TIME and MONEY Fail to deliver any new information. Although the owner promised and agreed to communicate weekly with updates or lack there of; once we paid our money we had to place many calls/emails with the company to get an update. When he did finally communicate the information , what we received was nothing new. All information given were information we already knew about our missing person and had shared with them. No accountability where the funds were used. Refused to return funds or balance of $1200 when we terminated the contract for lack of communication. , Ended with lost time and funds. This company was unable to support anything more than computer research. I would NOT recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Shawna to assist in finding my biological parents in a different country. Throughout working together, Shawna was positive, encouraging, and clear about expectations. Her team worked so quickly and were just as excited as I was about the results. She then was warm and compassionate about reaching out and processing. Fantastic experience: I needed to track down the title to a car that my ex husband purchased about 7 years ago. He never retitled the car when he brought it back home from out of state. Our son is working on settling his father's estate and needs the title to be able to sell the vehicle. All the paperwork is missing. I tried to track down the previous owner but all I had to go on was the expired license plate that was left on the vehicle and I had no luck. We hired Toltec PI and within 6 days had names, addresses and phone numbers....all we needed. The previous owner was called and he will be applying for a lost title to send our way. The car is a Classic British Sports car and worth a nice sum of money, we are so pleased. Michael Jaczewski is the owner of the firm and he was so pleasant and professional in our dealings. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I have some cousins that live in Louisville Kentucky. I was not sure how to find them. My 95 year old aunt was the only person I could ask to hopefully give me any information. When she gave me a phone number that had 14 numbers in it, I was discouraged. My aunt did not even know how to spell my cousin’s last name. I decided to call my son! Fantastic experience: My family and I were going through a really hard and tough time recently, my young sister-in-law who’s is only 13 years old went missing 1/23/2022 and we hired mike and Shawna Tuesday 1/25/2022 and god bless them they didn’t even speak about prices in the beginning they wanted to know everything about her disappearance and if we had any information we had sent them everything we had call logs usernames etc, mike provide me immediately feedback and guidelines to help me and my family with a missing child and he advised us to file a report for the national missing children, mike and Shawna really provided so much information. I knew the moment they had my sister in laws return in best interest I knew god was telling us to hire them. I want to stress the fact that their services are reliable and dependable in result to my sister in law being found on 1/28/22mike and Shawna provided information that was very detailed location and this was indeed where my sister in law was.
