Fantastic experience: Sadly, the owner has since passed away.

Negative experience: Was not able to serve the defendant and never provided an affidavit for the attempts which caused my court case to be continued and retro dating of payments owed are denied until the process service information is provided. Send the affidavit please. You have had plenty of time to get it completed.

Negative experience: I HIRED THIS COMPANY (ERIC MOSKAL) TO SERVE EVICTION NOTICE TO ONE OF MY TENANTS. FIRST TIME AROUND NO LUCK FINE I GOT MY PAPERWORK TO PRESENT IN COURT AS PROOF OF ATTEMPT. I PAID A SECOND TIME AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE. I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS VOICE MAILS & SENT MANY EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. I NEED EITHER THE PAPERWORK AS PROOF OF ATTEMPT OR MY MONEY BACK.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated Eric's service and experience. I've never had to serve anyone before and had no luck with the Sheriff serving my contractor in a small claims case. This was already a stressful situation and pleased with Eric getting me through it. If I have to do this again, I will be contacting Eric and All County

Negative experience: He started out good. He successfully served the defendant that had avoided 23 prior attempts to be served. But now he has gone radio silent - no response from voicemails or text messages. And now you cannot even leave a voicemail. He owes me the report showing attempts made to serve and the numerous amounts I paid him. Very poor communication.

The work was done in the exact amount of time we asked and was successful. I would definitely recommend this company. If we need them again, they will be the ones to call.

Fantastic experience: I contacted All County when I needed a Texas deposition Subpoena served on a very slippery gentleman I had very little information about in DuPage County. Eric was wonderful - responsive, sharp, great sense of humor - a necessity in the litigation business. He got the Subpoena on a Thursday, and my witness was served the next day at an alternate address!! Eric called me and let me know my guy had been tagged right after and I was delighted!! Great, fast, professional work - it's a pity he's not in Texas, I could use him a lot more down here!!! Trust this man, he's great!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Eric and the ACI team enough for the great work that they performed for me. My wife had been exhibiting some extremely bizarre behavior over the last couple of years traveling all over the U.S. (we live in Canada) chasing after a celebrity (appears in low rated TV series, movies, and country band) with her fellow fan club members. This has been very disturbing to both me and our young girls as she has been distancing herself from us more and more spending almost all of her spare time on her cell phone or laptop. At a busy venue with thousands of people Eric and his team were able to covertly locate, monitor and record her activities throughout the day and well into the evening. I had some serious suspicions of some form of infidelity occurring and, although there were some red herrings during the surveillance, the information that I was provided gave me peace of mind that these trips were just a reason for her to socialize as she had been telling me. I still have a ways to go in getting her attention focused on where it should be but at least now I'm not tossing and turning all night running scenarios through my head. Eric provided regular updates throughout the day and evening which was really top notch service! He also contacted me many times before and after the day of surveillance. He has genuine compassion for people and understood the emotional toll that I was experiencing. ACI provided a full report with photos afterwards. They also did some additional social media investigations for me with a very detailed report. This will all be very useful should I need it down the road. I recommend ACI to anyone looking for a superb private investigator.

Fantastic experience: I used Eric ( All County Investigations) to serve a small claims court summons to my previous landlord. I had gone the regular route - first registered post then local police but no success. The police sent me a report that my landlord was not opening the door. As a last resort I called Eric, explained what was happening and told him I needed to serve before a certain date. Sure enough in 2 weeks, they served my landlord successfully.
