Negative experience: Do not use this company ! HERE's WHY 1. Will send contract & debit credit card immediately, but will promise report and not deliver when promised. Called to inquire about report and phone was disconnected. 2. Told them I was very comfortable with past information and they charged me for multiple lengthy reports about the subjects past. 3. We agreed that this was a very time sensitive investigation, please make sure that your time frame and immediacy agrees with their time frame. 4. The investigator that was assigned came from out of town and I was charged mileage from the out of town office. 5. Spoke to them about my disappointment with their service and bill; was told I better not write a negative review. I emailed them information about the Consumer Review Fairness Act. Law 15 U.S.C. § 45b

Negative experience: After being told that I would be helped with my incidents the email was not sent and I proceed to reach out that is when I was ignored.

Positive experience: They were extremely prompt very attentive spoke to me as a true friend prior to me becoming a client. Explained the fee structure to me extremely well and encouraged me to the cheaper one as a way to start my investigation. Like many they found discrepancies from what information I gave them. So currently I am in the denial phase of there findings because we were investigating that I had fallen in love. So you naturally want to believe the woman because love is bliss. But she's got a lot of explaining to do before I proceed in a long term relationship. The story sounds like she is putting a scam in motion for $$$ after 3 months of texting. Right now I would have to give this agency and my investigator very high marks. The girls story is perfect it doesn't make any critical mistakes just very small ones and I do that when I tell a story over and over. Right now I would have to tell you to hire this firm and ask for Mr Forbes who is extremely kind and listens prior to talking. My particular story was extremely long and I only gave him a portion of why I was investigating. But I was only looking to see if this woman lived in Atlanta Georgia at this time and he said No.

Fantastic experience: These guys were very professional, I talked to them late at night and they were able to answer and guide me right away. They were able to put some one on the case ASAP. They offered a ton of advice and even though things didn't work out and I ended up requesting a refund (not due to them) a few days later and they were willing to to offer a 50% refund. Definitely will work with them again if the need is there.

The team members that worked my case went above and beyond to help me. They took my calls early in the morning and late at night which totally surprised me. Negative experience: Save your money guys. Spent $2500, didn't hear from anyone working my case in over a month. I had to call and request someone call me. I'm a Veteran also and when someone finally reached out it was to say my retainer ran out and they'd need more money. All I got was an I'm sorry if there's anything else we can do give us a call' answer. The type of response that we'll do anything but give you money back. It was for a child custody case too, so if you are needing any urgency, I would look elsewhere. I chose them because they were veteran-owned, as I am a Veteran, and because they were rated high. However, not my experience with them.

Fantastic experience: Had to look up something for a family member’s safety. The staff had information for me to within a few hours, which was very helpful. Very easy going process! Staff was able to minimize paper work and used Docusign (which was very phone friendly). Would suggest this company to anyone who needs good and fast service!

I have to admit I was skeptical because in my mind I thought of the show Cheaters! Saturday: Called the company, spoke with a rep, paid the retainer fee ( keep in mind this was Saturday at 11pm CST) Monday: 0800 CST I receive a call that the info I NEEDED had been FOUND! I was in disbelief and extremely happy to say the least. The informants were AVAILABLE ANYTIME I CALLED/TEXTED....NO GAMES!!
