Fantastic experience: Needed some serious help identifying a squatter. I tried looking for information on this person myself to no success. I was actually recommended to use private investigative services with CHATGPT and telling me that the costs might not be as high as I think. Lol. But it was something I never would've considered because I thought the cost would be astronomical and that I'd be literally paying a person to do a stake out all day long. But that wasn't nearly the case. John has got a lot of resources and was able to find the person squatting in our location with great ease. The cost was very reasonable and within our budget. My goodness, I feel so so much relief because this was a great source of stress in filing court documents properly. Thanks John! Wow, what a relief to know there is help out there. Fantastic experience: I had an unfortunate situation that involved a “contractor” causing significant damage to my home and stealing some items. Unfortunately, this person provided false information and initially could not be located. Although initially skeptical, I hired Johnny to conduct a person locator investigation. Within a few hours, Johnny was able to identify the individual and obtain his frequent hangouts. When the individual learned he was being sued, he became very evasive.
