Fantastic experience: Maria was able to give me some answers and much needed peace about the things going on in my house. For the first time in the year that we have lived here I feel like things are going to be okay. She pointed out things I had never realized before. All of this took place just by a phone call. Positive experience: I first found & hired Maria because of everyone else's amazing reviews and now I am very glad to write a review of my own. I first contacted her distraught with a crisis and discovered by my own experience that others' reviews were indeed true. She was kind, attentive & helpful. She was thoughtful to help us make our financial limitations work with our investigative needs. She empathized with our situation and also took practical action to help us get results. She provides a great blend of professional boundaries and personal availability to discuss our needs. Some people are eager to charge through the nose for every little thing and otherwise heartlessly siphon as much money out of you as possible, but Maria has the integrity and kindness to both tell us ahead of time where she "doesn't want to take our money" if she thinks it won't get much of a result, but also to suggest ideas we hadn't thought of to get the results we're wanting, but in different & more affordable ways. She is truly a PI you'd want in a time of need or crisis. She's willing to offer additional opinions on your situation from her wealth of knowledge, but if you're too emotionally exhausted to go into your whole saga all over again, she's totally comfortable switching gears to simply getting the information you're asking for without it being an additional lengthy discussion. My family and I appreciate her so, so much. We'd absolutely recommend her for whatever your situation is.
