Providing Central Florida with the investigative resources to Detect and Deter fraud and other workplace matters. We are also excited to announce that we have become a Partner with SCRAM Systems and provide those Alcohol Monitoring services throughout Lake, Citrus, Sumter, Marion, Hernando Counties which are located within the 5th Judicial Circuit. In additional to alcohol related services, we also provide the ability to monitor house arrest as well as GPS monitoring.

Fantastic experience: Eagle Eyes is a GREAT company! I used it for the scram bracelet, and the process couldn't have been more straightforward. Jenna is excellent and very communicative. She ensures you know the rules, and if there are any problems, you can call or text day or night. They find time to come out to you or meet up, whichever is convenient for you. I highly recommend Eagle Eyes for your needs!

Negative experience: Not only did they close early without bothering to call to reschedule or notify my husband’s SCHEDULED appointment for his monthly calibration, (rendering his engine being locked and unnecessary fees/penalties and stress), they didn’t even bother to return his call or contact him today to make any apology or attempt to make it right! What an unprofessional and unethical way to run a business. 0 stars! would never recommend such an inept business to my worst enemy. There’s already a ton of hoop jumping required in this situation and they absolutely made things worse for no reason. Thanks for nothing.
Negative experience: Had an appointment set with these folks to calibrate my required IID and when I showed up, ON TIME, no one was there. Place was closed. Locked out my ignition as a result and, I have to pay an extra fee for their lack of keeping an appointment. Unbelievable. Thank God I'm not on any probation or I'd be going to jail on a violation due to their inability to keep their posted office hours/appointments. Don't trust them.
Daniel, I spoke with you on the phone the day in question and explained that I had lost the key fob to my vehicle and it would not start. You were very cordial and understanding. You were going to call LifeSafer to have your vehicle extended for one day and I was going to get you taken care of when you got off of work the following day, (regardless of the time, day or night). We agreed that I would ensure you would not end up paying any additional fees, and this was the next communication I received. I have looked into your LifeSafer Ignition Interlock account and see that you were provided an override code to get your vehicle calibrated with ALL FEES WAIVED. I again apologize as before, but without a key fob, I was essentially locked out of my car as well. I’m glad you were taken care of and your vehicle is back on track. I attempted to reach you by phone to discuss this with no luck. If you would like to discuss this further, please give me a call (352) 508-9190…
Fantastic experience: Jenna and Jerry are absolutely excellent. They really work for YOU and make the experience so much easier and less stressful. You can literally call/text them at any given time of day or night and they will reply to you ASAP. They are super friendly and actually CARE ABOUT YOU. Simply put, these guys offer a service that helps you. They care about you. They want to see you succeed and do better and they bend over backwards to make sure that happens. Fantastic experience: I’d like to say nothing nice about this company Jerry and his wife Jenna were more than accommodating to help me escape the inside four walls of the lake county detention center. Unfortunately, for me, I ran into a little problem on vacation left on probation and I’m not returning on a violation. I paid my dues they were available every time I called and they were diligent about expediting the whole proces, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I could write a book about the 10 star level of service I received; but I will try to keep it brief. I called several process servers listed on the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers bc I am in another state & needed documents served. Mr. Jerry answered the phone, heard the distress in my voice & was willing to handle my request that same day!! And handle it he did!!!!! He went out of his way, over & above what I expected or even imagined, and got the job done. I was in panic mode, but Mr. Jerry stayed in constant communication with me & reassured me during the entire process. He needs a vacation after all the time & effort he put into serving my documents. I wish I could rate Eagle Eyes Solutions more than 5 stars. Bc this isn't just a company taking clients. You're not just a fee to them. They go above & beyond to provide exceptional services as if you're their only client. They're very professional but also very kind, patient & caring. This is a situation where I am sad that Mr. Jerry provides the types of services that I hope to never need again. Bc he was an absolute breeze & pleasure to work with. Fantastic experience: A-1 company. I was a client and hated being on GPS but Jenna and Jerry made the experience much better. Always available 24/7 to answer questions or handle issues. Fantastic experience: As much as I hate this around my ankle, I couldn’t ask for better service. Mr Jerry is outstanding, if I have a question as to where I can and can’t go or any questions in general Mr Jerry answers the phone without it going past 2 rings. He is awesome.
Fantastic experience: Eagle Eyes is in my opinion undoubtedly a five star organisation. At the head of it is Gerry Hostutler who went above and beyond what most people would do. I needed the services of bonds company that could manage to track a GPS ankle bracelet out of the state. The Judge suggested this was something we might look into and it proved extremely difficult until we came across Eagle Eyes Solutions Group. It was made more difficult as I was trying to arrange this to happen in the USA from England. I needed a family member to be able to move from Miami to NY. Eagle Eyes made the whole process extremely easy. They instantly ordered the new tag that was needed to achieve this. Once the court approved it, Mr Hostutler travelled the 4 hours to the jail from his hometown and was ready and waiting when my family member was released. He then took him and dropped him off at the hotel he was staying at ahead of moving to NY. Mr Hostutler went the extra mile for us and I could never thank him enough, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was at all times courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Eagle Eyes as your first point of call if you are ever in need of a bond service. The Judge was also impressed with the service and asked them to register with the courts. Once again my sincere thanks.

Fantastic experience: I received help very late at night with no issues. The process didn’t take very long, he was willing to help us and make sure we were comfortable with everything, even putting the monitor on. They were willing to work with us and they helped us all the way. Communication is amazing and they are always there to answer any questions we have no matter time of day.

Fantastic experience: Initially, I was terrified of SCRAM due to an enormous amount of negative reviews on Youtube/Online of false positives leading to Vop's, ankle abrasions, etc, but all of those fears were quickly eliminated due to the honesty, professionalism & thorough customer service of Eagle Eyes. MAKE SURE to NOT miss your weekly scheduled payment, most importantly! Do what you're supposed to do & the time will fly by
