Fantastic experience: I want to say I am impressed with the turn around time that that my request was completed. Jeffrey and his team are extremely professional. Even though it was late on a Friday, Jeffrey took the time to go out and get my job done quickly. His is extremely professional and I am grateful for his help.

Negative experience: Left a message 2 days ago with no call back. Easier to just go to the Sheriff's office in most cases I suspect.

Fantastic experience: Being in Washington and having to have someone served in Oregon was a little daunting, to say the least. However, I emailed On Time Process Services and they stated they would get the service done (at a very fair price), and they would do it within a couple of days. It was a couple of days, and they had everything worked out and I got the email that the person had been served!
