Negative experience: Guards are abusive, have malintent, and no Guards ever face consequences. They are bullies and they are likely breaking the law with their brutality.
Fantastic experience: I experienced different security companies, but by far, I feel this company, stands out, as one of the most outstanding, hardest working company, I work for. My first day, I was interviewed, by a hiring recruiter Miss Linette, who went above and beyond, to make sure, I had the best visiting experience, at 24/7 watch guard. She also went out her way, to help me get, the job position, I truly needed. She's one of the best, hiring recruiters, I haven't communicated with, in a years. It was her communication skills, supportiveness, consideration and professionalism, that inspired me to want, to work more for the company. I give much thanks to her, and the director for their great assistance and full support to help me, on my way. I also truly, recommend 24/7 watch guard security to all youth, teens and older adults, that's looking for a security job, where you can excel greatly in, with the many opportunities the company has to offer, as well as flexibility and growth, they will go out they way, and do they best, to meet all your needs.
Fantastic experience: I’ve had great experiences so far with this company and it’s staffed. Upon first walking into the building, you’re greeted with upbeat energy from the receptionist. Interviews are conducted respectfully and promptly followed by the amazing help of Linnette ( onboarding ) . She’s on top of all her work and her work is helping workers like me navigate all the ins and outs of the job and position duties while still making sure the right paperwork is in. Highly recommended company
Fantastic experience: Jenn is my operations manager and she is the best. Always has back, makes sure inhave sites to go to. And she cares about her officers. Would not trade her for anybody. Holding the line with me and for me since day one. She's the goods(Golden).
Negative experience: Terrible company. First I was working there full time asked them if they can give me part time since I have a second job in the airport. Then they put me as a floater ok cool. Then I called out because I was sick with the flu and then the account manager Briana and Jennifer didn't want to give me any sites to work at just because I called out sick. Stay away from this company no union no PTO no sick pay. Unorganized. Place you in any site that's dirty and not safe. This company is horrible all because I called out sick they don't want to give me sites to work at. And last but not least the dispatch people are very disrespectful it's a African guy and a girl I forgot her name but she was very rude I asked her today that I was gonna call out because I have a strep throat she was like oh you gotta speak to your manager you can't do call outs I was like who the hell are you. I have my right to call out if I'm not feeling well can't force no one to work if they don't feel good. But yea this company is terrible.and the dispatch lady that works the weekend is very disrespectful she don't answer calls on purpose has no respect for the guards. This company will put you on bad sites with no proper training at all. They just stick you to any bad site.
Negative experience: My daughter was attending a private elementary school in queens. The music teacher beat up a 10 year old child, was arrested and then returned to the school grounds just four days later, looking as though he was a zombie, covered in dirt and blood and obvious broken facial features, and he was just screaming for the head of the parish, who never surfaced. So, the horrified screams of about 12 little girls, and their mothers screaming for help, didn’t seem to poke the security guard’s interest. Thank god that man left that day and I didn’t have to become a human shield for both my children. Two elderly women, crossing the street at a crosswalk directly in front of the school were run over and killed, because the crossing guard can’t cover four crosswalks by herself. So rather than assist the crossing guard to guarantee their safety while crossing by the 7/11 on 72nd st and Eliot Ave, the security guard stands in the parking lot and talks to whomever he pleases. Then, when I complained about the security system to the principal, the owner of the security company had me arrested for allegedly attacking her. This never happened. I have acute erythema leukemia and weigh about 87 pounds, soaking wet, and I have a disability of my spine which would have made attacking ANYONE, even a child,, impossible. Now the company is pursuing me legally because they failed to keep my daughter safe from the girls terrorizing her, and I took issue with one of the five black kids in the school, being called the N-Word. Oh yes, and the fact that it took one week for the parents to receive emails, explaining the attack. There was never another email sent about the child predator returning to the school, in his condition, or his whereabouts and who attacked him. So now, an 87 pound leukemia patient with degenerative disc disease and two small children, who has four different anomalies of her spine, is being drudged through the legal system. Also, I heard they don’t pay their workers, and I am praying more employees would speak up, but you mess with the owners of this company and you MIGHT not get paid, and your kid MIGHT be being attacked under their watch.
Negative experience: The communication is horrible regardless of what the situation is it should be the work ethic and there should be words on both sides. We are not disposable. We spend our time our money in our energy to this company and that should mean something that should hold value or merit and for some reason in this situation, my situation it didn’t hold any merit and that is what bothered methe lack of communication and professionalism. When it came to make a decision.

Negative experience: Stay away ,I won't say more. First time there, and last time. If you new, no experience , give it try but anyway NYC has so many security companies now. The recruiter senior is a Game player. The white Director , just follows him blindly. Anyway , that's there business. They may be posting , but ending up taking people, they prefer, not the necessarly those with credentials. You know ,this is not new in this field. I repeat , if you have all your credentials go somewhere else... I was lucky enough! They know people , they can play. This kind of people love rookies, beginners.. He was scared cause he knows , what he is doing ... The white guy , Director or something , I don't know if the company is a family owned or not. . I'm not white , Not Hispanic, I'm foreigner immigrant from the race none of you like either. He need to renew his staff members Not all employées , but the recruiting manager. Otherwise, They will collapse ! Hispanics people sometimes runing places like a family business.. And White seems to enjoy it too, cause they work , but their is down side to it. Discrimination comes ..., Favoritism starts... And others races have to quit or lick others feet to keep working or survive in this such environments. Anyway! If the proud of Americans can take responsibilty of this situation , it is not me , a foreigner, that will change that . Can't wait to go back anyway. Their people come first, family and race matter ... This is a NYC speciality, if you new here in America...
Negative experience: Honestly one of the worst companies. Many reasons why I said this. No health insurance, no benefits, no paid sick time or vacation. They only care about their clients as for security they don’t care about us. They even got sued not paying guards. And if you quit or resign don’t apply for unemployment they will make it hell to receive going back and fourth with the state
Positive experience: It’s A Good Company With HORRID sites .. Atleast the ones I was sent to .. I work for another security company and the buildings are newer and just cleaner so maybe I’m spoiled but they do work with you , very understanding . I give it 3 / 5 because the sitessss .. just nooo but good management

Negative experience: Waste of time I went there last Tuesday Wilfredo gave me a schedule with only one day off. 11 to 7 and then 7 to 3. The building he was going to send me to The apartment got mice in it. THE pay is 17.00. I didn't return the next day. The manager is Russian man. The schedule is off.

Fantastic experience: When I contacted the company looking for employment, at first I was coldly transferred from one operator to another. Repeating my purpose for calling, and disclosing personal information with no actual assistance. Mostly disassociated responses and automated empty gestures. Feeling discouraged I was almost ready to abandon my inquiry when I was was connected to a Ms. Beatrice Lopez. This person was polite, relatable and considerate ; single handedly absolving the less than desirable interactions prior. Her professional presence and cache of useful, helpful knowledge assisted me in finally finding the sought after services. If it were not for her helpful services, I would have most probably abandoned my search. Thank Ms. Lopez for her courteous, empathic assistance
Positive experience: Pretty decent Security company. They Start off at $17 an hour, but takes a lot out of ($200 ur check in taxes. Pretty OK workers and people here are pretty nice. They hire pretty quick and are in need of more guards.
Negative experience: This is a senior housing facility and since watch guard security been here it's been a problem with people getting here on time. Winfield security was much better
