Fantastic experience: When it comes to process service, I can’t say enough good things about Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey. She was professional, responsive, dedicated, thorough, and both time and money-conscious. Diligent: Although the person I needed served had avoided Oregon’s Clackamas County Sheriff’s department for weeks, Tea got the job done within a matter of days, tracking the person down and literally leaving their mouth hanging open that someone had finally managed to serve them. Client Updates: Along the way, SolidServe Legal kept me punctually updated as a client, providing sound documentation of her visits, attempts and successful service, which included in that communication GPS coordinates, photos, commentary and date, time and other important information. I tried to be as helpful as possible by providing them all the information I had to assist in them trying to find the person, and to their commendation what I provided was carefully and thoughtfully utilized. Price: While she was a very slight bit more expensive than other options, she was worth every dime. My advice: Spend the money, and get the job done right. It’s worth it. Follow-up: Tea was very professional, responsive and timely in filing the service paperwork with the County Circuit Clerk and judiciary. This is important, especially when you’re trying to get the slow-moving wheels of Justice to turn. I can’t say enough good things about her and her process service and process serving business. I gladly give Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey 5 stars and worth every one.

Negative experience: I am disabled and in need of help and when I called them they stopped me before I could even finish explaining my problem and told me that they weren't going to help me there's nothing they could do for me really that's crazy because exactly what I was explaining is exactly what they say that they do what a useless company. So disrespectful, I saw all the great reviews and I thought this might be the perfect place now I just realized that some of these clients say supposedly help I just making up these great reviews to give them credit that they don't deserve wow to think about it I almost put my trust in them I could have screwed myself over

Fantastic experience: I retained Solid Serve Legal (remotely from another state) at about 11 AM on a Monday to serve two defendants. We had an address for one defendant, but not only were we without an address for the other defendant, there was even some question as to that defendant's correct name. Solid Serve Legal (Tea Godfrey) jumped on the case immediately. She had one defendant served within about an hour, the other defendant about the same time the next day, and both executed and rule-compliant Proofs of Service in my hand before COB that second day. The entire engagement lasted barely 29 hours! I could not be happier with Solid Serve Legal, and I recommend them without reservation.
