FAST,SAME DAY service for electronic fingerprinting-BCI/FBI & INK printing. Due to Covid19 we have had to temporarily modify our hours & visitor policies so please call ahead for an appt. & be sure to check our website for instructions at Tri-StateInvestigationsnet. Same day business billing accounts can easily be set up by calling our office. Get your employees in and out quickly and professionally. We specialize in those that are "hard to print."
We also offer both armed & unarmed security guard services and private investigations. We are available 24 hr. a day. Please call for rates. We are licensed with the ODPS, insured and have all current certificates available upon request. Security guard positions are available-call us today.

Positive experience: I can't say anything about this place. I only took my daughter there for a background check. It was difficult to find.
Hi. I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble finding us. Sometimes folks get South Ave. and Southern Blvd. mixed up. We're easy to find especially if you're not sure and call ahead for directions. We are 1/4 of a mile south from the Home Depot on Southern Blvd. near the intersection of Indianola Rd. Some nearby landmark's are Southgate Pizza, Brown's Drug & where the old House of Erin was located. The Evangel Baptist Church is across the street (corner of Stanton and Southern Blvd.) We have large signs posted on both sides of the building and the front as well. Please call for directions-we'll even watch for you outside and guide you here. Have a wonderful day and I'm so glad that you choose us to fingerprint your daughter. Stop back anytime.

Fantastic experience: I read online walk ins welcome. When I got there they said they had multiple appts but would squeeze me in. I needed a BCI/FBI background check for work. They got me started within 15 minutes but code I brought had changed. They were patient, kind, and helped me find a new code. 100 times faster and friendlier than the BMV in Boardman. Will be sending our staff here from now on.

BCI/FBI continuously modifies and updates the codes without any warning to employers (or us for that matter) which can make it very confusing. I'm just glad that we were able to help with the codes and get you in and out within a few minutes. Also, appts. are not mandatory, walk-ins are always appreciated. Having an appt. will save folks time plus it prepares you on what to bring to your appt. and to have the right codes needed prior to being fingerprinted. We're just a phone call away and with or without an appt. we have same day service, our promise! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: The lady that did my fingerprints was very nice! This is my second time having to have a background check done and both times I've been really happy with their service. My only complaint is about their answering service. I called to let them know I was there for my 8:30 appointment and the lady told me I'd have to call back at 9:00, then hung up on me. I let the lady in the building know...she apologized over and over. I highly recommend them if you need a background check!
