Fantastic experience: People generally think that a judgement against a former tenant cannot be collected on. In fact, agencies even told us that it was almost impossible, or that they would only take our case if we could guarantee ongoing business or would pay many fees. Todd took our case and collected the entire judgement for a flat fee that we agreed on before he took the case, plus some court expenses. He crossed the finish line on a judgment we were about to give up on!

Fantastic experience: VERY HARD TO FIND A GOOD COLLECTIONS COMPANY We have struggled for years to find a good collections company for our self storage business. I won't get into all the stories but the performance we have had in the past has been quite bleak to say the least. One Friday afternoon I left a message for TGA just for giggles, I half expected them to even call back based on my past 'shopping' experiences. As I was on my way out of town I received a call back from the owner of TGA, Todd Gieger. Even though he was at a spring Yankees game, he took the time to reach out anyway to see what we needed. I couldn't complain because I was on my way to a rodeo! Anyway, I was concerned our humble family business might be too small of a fish for him, but he made me feel like our business would be treated just as importantly as all their other accounts, so gratefully I hired him on the spot. Two months later I received a call from my staff that we had received a collections check in the mail and not for a small amount. What is most important for us as a business is to let people know that walking away scott-free from financial obligations and debt does not come without consequences. I have found Todd's company to be very professional and on point for what they do. They take their business seriously, and believe me, trying to find a good collections company like TGA is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. This time we got lucky.
