Negative experience: I gave him almost $4000 to break into a cell phone. He took 5 months stringing me along and telling me that he was going to be able to do it. Every month I'd reach out for an update and every month he would have an excuse. I finally just asked for a refund. He keeps making excuses for why he can't give me my refund. I gave him money in March and it's now the end of December. All that time. All excuses. Still waiting on my refund. But after reading all the reviews, it's clear that I won't get one. I threatened to take him to court, and he didn't seem to care at all. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ALEX the owner. Please don't believe him when he says he only takes cashapp or cash or friends and family paypal. These are all methods that don't allow you to get your money back when he scams you. I went to him desperate to get into my cheating dudes cell phone and he took advantage of me. He said he could break into it and lied. Please, don't believe him.
Negative experience: Beware. Theyll take your money but WONT provide the service. I gave over $2000 of hard earned money for a phone spy service that they absolutely did not do. I am appalled. No refund offered or compensation given for wasted time. If you cannot do the job PLEASE SAY THAT INITIALLY

You would never guess this little thing is a tracking device and a hidden camera. Their business provides a full range of services, from consultation to installation and maintenance. I recommend to drop by for some unique and advanced products and gadgets.
Negative experience: I bought an item there for $200 tried to return it 2 days later and they would not give me my money back
You were told and agreed to it before you finalized the purchase and it is stated on your receipt that we have no returns or refunds due to the nature of our business, exchanges only in case of any malfunctioning and warranty is included. Your device had no issues and we have explained many times how to operate it, don't see the point of your review!
Fantastic experience: I've judged this location for a long time. I finally took the drive from Delaware to come here. Completely worth it. I have misjudged this place for over 5 years assuming it couldn't be successful. I was foolishly mistaken and pleasantly surprised, good on you.

If once in a blue we didn't have 1 item you needed in stock, well, that's unfortunate, no need to write that we don't have "products" in stock, because that would be a lie, it was 1 item! FYI, you can't order everything yourself since lots of these products are custom-made, and you can't get them anywhere else but here.

Negative experience: This place is never open. Even on days they say they are on the automated phone system. I went on a Saturday when they were suppose to be open but they were gone. The Spanish store next to them was accepting their mail for whatever reason.
It must of been a day when we had an emergency and had to close early. We are very sorry that we've missed you, we always here from 10am-5pm every day except Sunday and Monday, if you can, please call ahead of time when coming from far distance to make sure we won't miss you, if we don't pick up please leave us a voicemail, we always return every call. Next time you come please remind us about this and we will give you additional 10% discount on any items you'll be interested in.
Fantastic experience: Been comming here for about 2 years me and my wife bought are first dvr and HD cameras here ..just was bask here a few days ago too just to get another camera we explained to the guy what we needed and what we had at home he definitely helped us out made it easy what to get ...no problems here at all good service a great place a lot of kool stuff in this store besides cameras of all kinds ..will be back again !!!
Negative experience: They are a rip off, they refuse to give me ownership of a device that I payed them $420 and I came to find it for $49 dollars online, I will never ever buy anything like this from a shop or let alone recomend this one, the chubby white guy from there is a scammer and I believe they will keep whatever you buy from them linked to them in order to upcharge you for any services required, I’m so disgusted with these people!
You own a device since you bought it, the service plan transfer has nothing to do with ownership of the device, we always answered all of your questions and explained all the prices, we did everything as you asked, you knew everything before you drove here for 2 hours, it's hard to understand what the issue is.

Fantastic experience: Before I came to these guys, got ripped off couple times with online services, but very glad I found this place. Had phone trace investigation done here, was very satisfied with the results, took longer than planned, that's the only part I wasn't happy about, but eventually I got the information I was looking for. Fantastic experience: Just got my cameras installed with them, installer did wonderful job, the quality of the video is amazing, I love it. Sales guy named Alex, was very helpful, very rare I find sales people who know their product that well, he gave me very good deal and 3 years warranty without any extra cost on all the products I purchased. Would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Bought 12 cameras for my Japanese restaurant from them, these guys did wonderful job, that's the reason I'm writing this review since I promised them that if they do good job, i will leave good review, so they did, Antony was very professional installer and made sure that I get it the way I wanted and no wires are hanging, very clean. The sale guy Ale gave me very good deal, since I almost got ripped off by the other place down town, they tried to charge me twice as much as these guys did at philly spy shop, very good people, good prices and deal, will do business again.
Negative experience: I purchased a 6 camera unit with a dvr 1st it cost me well over $3000 to install that really wasn't the problem I have had this unit 4 a little over 3 yrs had nothing but problems mind u everything was supposed to be under warranty but yet I had 2 but 2 new dvrs because they broke buy 2 new cameras because they broke all witch cost me another $2000 on top of what I have already paid it's a hassle to get them to come fix things once again a camera broke not to mention I paid to be able to see my cameras on my phone but that is a problem also what's the point of having cameras if u can't view them when ur away well Supposedly I can pay 4 it but when they can't make it happen somehow it's ur fault well ther supposed to come out 2maro 4 the 7th time cause once again have another issue and thought I have warranty on everything I'm sure it will cost me hundreds 2 fix yet again I'm assuming all the 5 stars r friends of the business n not actual costumers cause I don't see how any1 else is getting treated better than me n I bought and had them install but since then it's been costing me ever since nice little setup they got going on over ther so be dumb like me n buy from their hopefully u got deep pockets to not get what u pay for hope this helps atleat 1 person
We are not responsible for the cameras Live View from your phone, since it works through your home internet provider and directly affected by any issues your internet provider Comcast or Verizon might have, we are the middle guys who connect your system to your provider and it's solely up to them to provide decent quality and speed without any interruptions. Included in the purchase Manufacture Warranty is limited warranty, if something brakes by itself out of nowhere within 3 years than there might be manufacture related issue, but if you had any personal issue and had something brake by not using your equipment properly it is not covered by the manufacture warranty and unfortunately can't be related to the MW, on top of that you've had it for longer than 3 years, so your warranty is expired, we don't see how this is related to your problem. We haven't seen you in our store with broken equipment within those 3 years that you've had it and if we did, we always take care of our customers and any issues that might arise even if it's not related to the warranty, we have hundreds of happy customers through the years of our service, we can refer you to them if you think we are making things up in any way. How can we resolve your issue if you never gave us a chance to do so, never brought your equipment to us, never told us about your situation, but even though we apologize for any inconvenience that it might have caused you and asking you to contact us at your best convenience in order for us to take care of this situation for you and find reasonable solution. How would you know about our installer if you haven't bought anything from us, since you think we have small knowledge of our products, since you can't get installation without buying something first and if you did buy it, how would you buy it from us if we had no knowledge of our products and were so bad at explaining it to you that you even bought it, well if we are so bad at knowing things, how did we make you buy it then, maybe we are not so bad after all.

Negative experience: This place is a scam I got ripped of for $725 that Alexis is a liar keeping making false promise that I will get the product I paid for for the past 3 months refusing to give me my $ back I'm currently in the process of taking some legal action dont go here it's a big damn scam!!! Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years to get my uniform gear and spy cameras. They always take their time to make sure I understand how some of the gadgets that I use work. Always very helpful.
Fantastic experience: Just upgraded our old cameras to the new HD ones at philly spy shop. HD cameras are awesome, I can see whole block with just one camera. Considering I payed under $100 for it, it's a bargain.
