Fantastic experience: Rick Alpert found my missing senior relative within only a few days. I had inquired at the local authorities and was not satisfied with their answers. Rick conducted neighbor interviews and documents searches. It turned out my relative was found with dementia in a nursing home after being picked up confused off the city streets. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I was in need of private investigative services. FORTUNATELY, I found Rick and his team. My need was both immediate and desperate and when I made that initial call they were able to start immediately and made my needs a priority. They were engaged in 3-5 weeks of high intensity surveillance for me. They were able to keep up with the subject (which was not easy and often required 2 investigators), document the erratic and unsafe behavior and report back promptly when needed. They were discrete and helpful and right there when the time was critical and authorities had to be called to keep a baby safe. The father had not seen his child in over a year since the mother had gone "off the grid" to avoid detection. Everything from our initial meeting, to all of the hours of surveillance, to the trial where they testified, Legal Investigations was the definition of professionalism. Our case involved the safety/security of children. Legal Investigations made sure we were kept in the loop, often times on a minute by minute basis. There were multiple times when I called about a potential active threat towards the kids, and with little to no warning, Rick would completely rearrange the schedule to get eyes on them fast. Having that kind of dedication is a rare thing these days, and thanks in part to that dedication, the kids are in a much safer environment today. I also appreciated that they make sure you're aware of the financial status along the way; i.e. they don't spend your money until you authorize it, so there's no surprises.
