Fantastic experience: We used Their K9 dog for finding Vapes and smoking products at our facility after we were having ongoing issues with our employees smoking in restricted areas. They found a few items and there service was a good deterrent. We will use again if we need to.

Negative experience: My wife is a Hilton DIAMOND member...we were on vacation in NY. She had to use the restroom and wanted a break from the cold. We went into the Hilton Middtown on 53rd and 6th. Some fat rent-a-cop from McCall's security was working a UFC event in the hotel, approached me and my wife and asked if we had a room there. We did not...then asked for our IDs... ILLEGAL!!!!!!! TOOK PHOTOS OF US!!!! TOLD US IF WE RETURNED TO THE PROPERTY WE WOULD BE CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING!?!?!!?!? Legal action is being sought out.
Unfortunately, Arthur Lee and your wife Kelly Lee, Were not guests of the hotel, Rather tried to access a restricted area in order to ask UFC Fighters for photographs on numerous times that day and the day before, As a result you were stopped and asked to leave, As you were not a guest of the hotel and were try accessing the areas where private events were being held, You were identified by hotel staff and asked to leave. Your photo was taken as you were issued a trespass warning, This is standard practice. To Add no legal action has been received or pending. It is our understanding our Security Team acted Professionally and did what they were hired to do.
