Fantastic experience: The Romine Group is the best if you’re looking to sell your house fast & trouble free. Escrow closed within a couple of weeks & they allowed me to stay in my house for an additional 30 days after escrow closed. I would definitely refer them to friends if they were looking to sell their houses.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed by the Romine property group. They are in the midst of reviving a property in my neighborhood that had been falling to pieces. In just a short amount of time they have restored The rundown property. All of the contractors were extremely efficient and did not disrupt the neighborhood while taking on this task. I was looking for someone to help me with probate, I had consulted with an attorney and was on a search to find someone to help me with probate for a long time. The Romine Group was the only one that actually helped me through the whole process. They were patient, kept their word, and did everything they said they would! Things got complicated, however, they were patient, and they helped me through the whole thing. I had no idea how to go through the probate, and it's not an easy process. The Romine Group helped me with the Probate process and even purchased the property. I couldn't have done it without Romine Group and would highly recommend them. The owner and his staff are attentive, kind, and respectful. Any time I’ve requested maintenance, they respond quickly and take action without hesitation. You can tell they take pride in their property by the upgrades they voluntarily make… truly a renter’s dream! With a very slight exception of trying to get the payment portal set up initially. Once I figured that out it's been smooth sailing ever since. Fantastic experience: I have done a lot of work for this company, through our company, at a location they own. They call us when their customers need anything involving electrical as soon as their customers let them know about it. Samantha and Tiffany are very polite and respond in a very timely matter. They also ask the right questions to insure the safety Of their renters is their number one priority. Their manager at the mobile home park we do the work at is also on top of it. She is also very polite. I've also dealt with the owner himself and he was polite and requested that we do anything necessary to ensure the safety of the tenants at the mobile park.
