Fantastic experience: I took a chance and called another PI to help in search of a missing person. It was Katellas that I called and spoke to KC. I'm glad I did. Negative experience: Save your money and choose another company. The lead investigator talks a great game on the initial call. He's very engaging. Listens well and agrees that he can accommodate your request. They quickly get your invoice to to you. Then when it comes to performing is when they fail. Deadlines weren't met. What was agreed to isn't performed and communication is poor at best. Due to an ongoing case, details can't be given. But they certainly don't do what they agreed to! Choose another company

Fantastic experience: I have thought over and over about what to say in this review because no words can exactly express the gratitude that I feel toward KC. The last few months of my life have been an extreme challenge. Feeling like I was at the end of my rope I contacted KC after finding him on Google, this was a Thursday afternoon on my lunch break. I remember it well. I explained to KC that my 25-year-old daughter was missing. I had very little information to go on, her cell phone was not in service and very little information about the last people that she was in contact with. He listened to me, not knowing a thing about me, he took time, genuinely feeling what I was feeling. He got to work right away, continuing to text me throughout the balance of my workday, the next morning he had more knowledge about her and the people holding her than I could wrap my head around. He got a general location and by 3:30 pm (right at 26 hours from my original phone call) he pulled into my driveway with my daughter in his passenger seat. This angel sent from God, not only located my daughter but picked her up and brought her home to me. I will forever be indebted to KC for his kindness, knowledge, forward thinking, proactivity and for basically saving my daughter’s life. If you need help THIS is your person!

Negative experience: I spoke to them and they are not licensed in Florida. My case would not be legal in a Florida court. And it is against the law to advertise you are a PI agency without a Florida license. WOW! Going with local PI.

Negative experience: I definitely didn't get anything I paid for. I had three specific requirements that made me turn to this PI. Not one of those boxes was checked. Every time I asked for an update he asked me what was my lawyer doing to meet these requirements. The lawyer was hired for specific reasons, he was hired for other reasons and never delivered one thing. I cringe every time I think of the wasted money I spent. I wouldn't recommend this PI to anyone looking for answers. Keep looking and save your money!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are checking reviews, you're no doubt trying to ascertain whether you can trust Katella Investigations to help you during a time when you need someone you can trust and are probably in a dire situation that is perhaps beyond what you can handle on your own. They did for me in a big way. I was even ready to offer additional money to put more resources on the problem, but was instead instructed to stand by and they delivered. I received dedicated and professional service and wouldn't hesitate to call on them in the future. Good luck to you.

Negative experience: I called Katella Investigations and felt uncomfortable they would not meet with me in Florida. I later found they have no offices or Agency license in Florida. They advertise on Google and do not have their Florida license number on the website as required by Florida law. They hire Investigators in Florida who are assisting in the State law violation which is also against the law. I hired a local Investigator that solved my problem and stayed away from Katella Investigations.

Negative experience: I called Katella Investigations and they only hire other Investigators in Florida. I looked up their license and they do not have one in Florida. I called the state and found out it is illegal to advertise and solicit work without the State License Number on your website. They are in Georgia, I need an Investigator in Florida not Georgia and without a license. The work would not be legal in Florida.

Negative experience: I called Katella investigations and they told me they hire investigators in Florida, From Georgia. Very high priced. Who wants their private information all over the place. They are not licensed in Florida.
