Negative experience: Horrible staff definitely sticking to the old school bondsmen this woman after I told her my friends situation she said oh that’s horrible but I don’t know her so I can’t help so now they have to know you to bond you out and when I asked if they did payment plans she said she can’t lower the bond she’d get in trouble I’m sorry but how do you get lower the bond from payment plan I guess you don’t have to be a Genius to work here
Negative experience: Good for a furlough... But your going back to jail on a bond SURRENDER... Not a revoke.. just a waste of money. They will take your money and then take you back to jail. Most don't make it to their first court date.

Negative experience: Originally when I called I was trying to get in touch with someone that has helped me in the past and used to work for this company. I was lied to and told that who I was talking to was indeed that same person. Come to find out a week later after I gave them my business that the guy was not that person and that I had been lied to the whole time. The guy at Milano even lied about the vehicle that he drives to get the business. I do not appreciate being lied too. I also cannot believe that they would stoop that low as to pretend to be someone else to get the business. That is not a good business motto to go by.
