Fantastic experience: I had a very evasive and difficult individual I needed to be served. Tom kept me up to date on all the searching he did, and tried so many different times to serve them. Prompt responses and he gave me lots of helpful information in case I would have to refile. But he served the papers just in the nick of time! I was expecting a hefty bill due to the amount of work done and was surprised that it wasn't. Highly recommend.

My job is to make the service of the document package smooth, efficient and professional. And to provide real-time updates on my progress to the customer without he/she ever having to inquire. I know that Autumn was stressing over the service but thanks to her input on the proper service address, the job was completed within 48 hours. . Occasionally, despite all of our efforts, service just cannot be executed because the Servee has moved out of my service area, or has seemingly disappeared, or the Servee is doing whatever he/she can to frustrate and impede the service. I have found that most people (recipients) while possibly unhappy about the action which is the subject of service, ultimately accept service. I am a 73 year old, somewhat portly, bald headed man which, along with my friendly but professional demeanor, seems to put people at ease. Although I have been at this business for less than five years I've got over 40 years working in executive management of large and complex business enterprises. I appreciate and value every client --whether or not they will ever be a repeat client.
Fantastic experience: I was ecstatic to find Thomas and achieve something my Texas Attorney struggled with. Tom was efficient, communicative, precise in his promises and delivered what he said he would. His service was 1/3 of the cost of the multiple attempts my Attorney struggled with and Documents were served as agreed. The Attestation notarized and mailed to me were correct and prompt. Thank you Amber. And I wish you success in your action. As I explained to you emergency protective orders (EPO) and Dad's not paying child support are my hot buttons. But all clients of mine can rest assured that I take their needs seriously. And, I will do whatever I can. Remember if you have an EPO to be served, the Judge has to approve a private process server when the Sheriff's department has been unable to get it served.

I spoke to Thomas who was very professional and friendly over the phone and provided all the information I needed for this process to go as smoothly as possible. Fantastic experience: Thomas was awesome! I live in Nevada and I was so worried about finding someone to successfully serve my documentation in Oklahoma. I contacted a couple different process servers. I chose to go with Thomas for a few reasons. Firstly, he had the best energy. I could tell that he was confident that he would be successful in doing the job. He explained to me what would take place after the job was completed and his affidavit was perfect. The other server I contacted wanted me to pay upfront and couldn't guarantee that the job would be completed. They responded to my e-mail inquiry within a day, and worked with the current custodian of the minor to serve the paperwork in a way that would not frighten him.
