There team always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available. I had an emergency late at night where I needed a tracker. They met up with me and I was able to purchase the device from them. It can be difficult to find people you can trust. Very trustworthy company & employees .

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a camera to spy on my dads nurse. Ya, I know I could of went online and bought a cheap camera. I will NEVER buy online after visiting Spy Shops. Whats my point? 1- Spy Shops has quality cameras which they customize themselves. 2- There is a live person to talk to 24/7 . Not some guy in India who has no idea about tech support. 3- Their staff is extremely friendly & helpful. 4- I got professional advice on how to handle my situation and got the information I needed to prosecute. I highly recommend them if you want quality products and service. If not, take your business to Kmart!

Fantastic experience: Nowadays you don’t find any customer service. These people are on there A game when it comes to customer satisfaction & service. What impressed me the most was that they build there own equipment. I was referred to them by my friend who is also a customer of Spy Shops . I was suspicious that my cleaning lady was stealing. I had Spy Shops build me hidden camera in a humidifier. I caught her red handed.Talk about quality products. Words can not express How thankful and impressed I am with this company. Positive experience: I came here to shop for a GPS tracker. The lady at the front was very helpful. She gave me a GL300W tracker for $150, plus an activation of $69 and one month of service for $65. I am walking out spending $303 (including tax). I asked about a magnetic attachment, she told me it would be $50 and I did not purchase it. I think they should have given it for free seeming how cheap they are online and to keep a returning customer. After purchasing the tracker, I was looking for a magnetic case. I found Amazon had the tracker for $100, there were other pages that had the tracker plus the magnetic case for $119. I went back to the store the next day and showed the guy behind the counter that I had found the magnetic holder for $18.95 on amazon and wal-mart. He had called whoever was in charge and the lowest he could do was $40. I left and purchased the magnetic attachment for $20 with next day shipping. He expressed to me the cases were different. If I would have done my research I might have ordered online. However, after some technical issues, they were able to quickly resolve the issues. If I would have ordered online my issues would not have been resolved as fast. EDIT1: Nancy called and tried to resolve the issue. My review went from 2 stars to 3 stars. EDIT 2: My review went from 3 stars to 4 stars. After checking the GPS it was not registering. I went to the store. They gave me a replacement tracker and a magnetic case in exchange for me returning the old tracker and the magnetic case they gave me to use. After I left the store the old tracker began to work. I will be returning the new tracker they gave me and the magnetic attachment they were kind enough to let me borrow. They were very helpful to make sure all issues were resolved quickly.

Negative experience: Purchased defective cameras from this store. I have made numerous attempts to contact. If I get anyone on the phone I am told they are busy and to either call back or wait for a return call (its been almost two weeks since initial call). Customer service is key to success and these guys don't have it.

Negative experience: Worst retail store I've ever been to, salesman is black dude with a Mohawk lied on the phone to get me there said they had $100 hidden cams then I walk in tell him I want $100 camera he lies and shows me a $200 camera, then said he told me the price and lies some more, tries to demo them and cameras don't even work all lies and scams stay away from this store!
