Negative experience: If you are going to get live scan prints done do not come here, my gf paid over $160 for fingerprints for her wear and carry and HQL. I got this done in Columbia for $35. They charged her for 2x fingerprints, 2x MD criminal records check, 2x FBI Criminal records check. There isn't a requirement for a MD or FBI Criminal Records Checks so instead of paying $70 she walked out paying more than twice as much. Then her permits got kicked back because the fingerprints were never uploaded to CJIS two weeks after they were taken. The criminal records checks that she didn't need did come back. So either the people working there are dishonest or maliciously incompetent.

Fantastic experience: I've had my fingerprints ink rolled, completed correctly, and efficiently on multiple occasions for my UT, FL, PA, and my resident MD HGP. Also, for my FBI UPIN # AND VAF. If they aren't busy, it's a painless process done quickly, efficiently. Note to self, Fill out any forms needed online, PRIOR, with the appropriate agency numbers, and it'll go even smoother/quicker

Negative experience: Double check and triple check before you show up that they are actually there. Called the day prior to confirm they do walk ins, go the following day during open hours according to Google and its closed. Apparently this location is only open when they're doing classes. Waste of a 45 min drive and gas.

Positive experience: Would be better if the other (gun) business that shares space with Absolute doesn't try to control the fingerprint business & push her customers in front of everyone else. The guy running the fingerprint business is friendly.

Negative experience: Called in to make an appointment and the gentleman at the desk told me that it’s not required & that they are there open until 4:30pm. I informed him that I would be there in a few hours. Upon my arrival at 12:32, the gentleman at the front desk tells me that I will have to wait outside until he returns from lunch at 1:30. I told him that I drove all the way from Severn to get these fingerprints done & I really don’t want to wait an hour to get finger prints done. I feel that the staff should be trained to inform customers about their lunch hour shut down. Additionally, I would never shut the door on a customer over lunch. On my way to Essential Support Services to get my prints complete, they are open through lunch hours.

Positive experience: Somewhat fast service. Nice woman that does them just try to make sure they don't come out smudged cuz she isn't exactly careful when placing your fingers down. I had to kind of control my hand and not just let her roll my fingers down for the print, she was smudging it and I needed them done properly so I stiff handed and made sure they were right. Don't let them just roll your fingers you make sure you have a little control too so they come out right. Don't want to have to make the trip again when they don't get accepted.

Positive experience: The young man behind the desk begins the fingerprint experience. He was very nice. The fingerprinting was by appointment, quick, and easy. Unfortunately the gentleman forgot to give me my driver's license. It was about 30 minutes later when I realized and about 15 minutes before the time they closed. I called them but no answer. I panicked a little but then called the Towson business they have. The person that answered called the store and then got a hold of the young man who had left early. Luckily the Geared Up store next door was able to assist. Within five minutes of closing I was back and they were able to retrieve my driver's license :-) from, what looked like, the small pile of them. The experience was great but don't forget your driver's license .

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! They had plenty of appointment openings, which was helpful since I needed fingerprinting done ASAP for a new job. I was in and out of there in 10 mins. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have done fingerprinting through this company on two occasions, once for child care and once for nursing license renewal and both times they were wonderful! Katie, who helped me yesterday was sweet as could be, and I was in and out in less than ten mins! I recommend this company 100%!!
