Fantastic experience: I don't "do" reviews and when I do they're rarely five stars. But that's exactly what I'm giving to A&M Investigations. Without going into the details of their work for me, here's why: 1. Prompt Professionalism: when I reached out to A&M I was immediately met with grace and professionalism. Al took the time to listen to everything I had to say, came up with a game plan and within less than an hour, executed on that plan. Every question over the course of the investigation was answered within a half hour (and generally within minutes). I rarely encounter that kind of professionalism and responsiveness. 2) Experience and knowledge: Al's firm employs the best people. They listen and they're good. Street smart good. Years of experience good. Strategic thinking good. The work A&M Investigations undertook for me was complex and required emotional, rational and creative intelligence. It required subtlety and nuance. It required deep understanding of a complex situation and set of circumstances and the ability to pivot quickly as the situation changed. Again and again my expectations were met and exceeded. 3) Above and Beyond Performance and Excellence in Integrity: Al and his colleagues went above and beyond for me. Not once but multiple times. In moments when you require the services of a private investigator, what you want to know more than anything else is "can I trust this firm to get the job done" and "can I trust them?" The answer to those questions, from my perspective, is an unqualified and confident yes. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with A&M Investigations and I am deeply grateful for the service the performed.

Fantastic experience: Al is very professional and does a wonderful job in a timely manner. I am beyond impressed and thrilled that Al was able to find the other party in my case. After contemplating on proceeding with my case for 10+ years, Al was able to get exactly what I needed to close my case and at a extremely reasonable price. Everything was done over the phone with me living in Texas and the services I needed with the other party was in Louisiana. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical about it at first because I am a face-to-face/in person type of person. But after reading several others reviews, I decided to contact Al for his services. With that being said, I am 100% pleased with his services. I would highly recommend A&M Investigations because they get the job DONE. Although I pray to never need services like this again for my situation if I did, I would DEFINITELY not hesitate to use Al again. Positive experience: My husband and I decided to hire A&M Investigations LLC after witnessing alarming behavior of the non-custodial parent and having our own evidence there was more this investigation team found. This team provided us with accurate information to assist our child custody case. The report we were provided after 1 months time included detailed information such as: time-stamped photos, time-stamped videos, addresses of stops non-custodial parent made with child and in our case; background checks. With A&M Investigations LLC 8 page report; my husband was able to reopen the child custody case. Hopefully there is a improvement on the custody outcome and/or stipulations this go around and if we ever need an investigation team again no need to shop around we'll be hiring this team!
