Positive experience: I was there for a CPR class the instructor is awesome

Negative experience: Me and my boyfriend were sitting in our car in the parking lot of a target for approximately 20 to 30 minutes and was approached by a G4S security officer. Upon Contact his exact phrase was “you guys need to leave right now”. When we asked why, he said your just loitering and not shopping. We said ok and said you could have been nicer about the way you talked to us. He then said he was just going to call the cops and proceeded to obtain our license plate number. I exited my vehicle and asked him for his name and he said why do you need it, I don’t have to give it to you. We were then “trespassed” and told we could never come back to the shopping center. I came back the next day and can’t find any no loitering signs anywhere on the target property or parking lot.

Fantastic experience: G4s has gone out of their way for me and they have been really great to me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If you want to work for a great security firm, G4S is the cream of the crop.

Negative experience: Poor management system. Poor communication between area supervisors and site supervisors. High turnover rate. Loyal employees are taken advantage of in the turnover situations with little to no incentive or appreciation for service provided.

Positive experience: Great benefits for medical vision and dental for 1 person is $94.xx per 2 week paycheck. High turnover rate at all locations. Lots of poor quality employes not putting their best foot forward. Suck a big company they have long forgotten the little guys. Have a problem you are on your own. CYA cover your own @$$

Negative experience: Horrible management and poor organization and communication between area supervisors and post supervisors. Do not trust this company.
