Positive experience: TMH what i like about the company TMH is in the heart of the city of Detroit we have a lot of retired police officers that brings experience to the company TMH care for there employees we have new vehicle we have a great look on everything

Fantastic experience: TMH Security great company pays weekly gives overtime if wanted excellent vehicles to use free uniform good pay and affordable health care plan for the employees. Tom Jim and Wendal great bosses lead their men from the front not the back. I'd give them a 10 star but I guess 5 will do they have been in business since 1984 that really says a lot also a zero in debt company that also says a lot.

Negative experience: Funny their reviews are all posted by people who worked for them? Tell you anything? Project manager for a complex they provided "security" for. If you want to watch a couple people who barely got their GED lean against the side of their bosses car for an hour, these are your people. I was actually on site when their own office was broken into, and they were too scared to go in and clear it. WE had to clear it for them. Invest in Green light or any other program. These are mall cops, NO police experience, NO connections with any authorities. They just call 911 like anyone else. Save your money!

Negative experience: Absolute WORST COMPANY. The 9th Precinct told us they were a "waste of money" and one of the "Scam companies" Ruining Detroit. Once you fire them for their incompetence, they will spam your reviews. Fat Jim, the owners SON rides around chain smoking watching his "GUYS". His people make 10-12hr, ask any of them, and they will happily work for you for a much lower rate than Jim and his dad charges. Shane is the only worth while person, and unfortunatly, he has no idea he could do much better. Contact Detroit DPD about "Second Shift" program, you'll pay half the price, get REAL officers, and REAL security.
