Negative experience: This company has no business being rated 5 stars. It is run by sensitive and childish security personnel that have no place in providing services for a wedding venue. Barry does not like his job and he does not treat people with respect. If you want to be stalked and harassed, then this is the company for you. A pure disgrace.

Fantastic experience: Due to some major family drama, the comfort of our diverse guests and the ongoing Israel-Palestine crisis, my wife and I made the decision early on that we would hire security for our wedding ceremony and reception. Barry was recommended to us by our venue - Milton Ridge. Barry was extremely professional, polite and pleasant to work with. He was very understanding of our situation and understood the cultural nuances of South Asian and Jewish culture and wedding traditions. In cases where he didn't understand, he asked us and we responded accordingly. His rate was reasonable considering travel to our venue and the overall peace-of-mind he brought us on our special day. Fantastic experience: What a difference a good instructor makes...THIS is the place you want!!! My husband and I took the wear and carry course here and unlike the HQL class I took elsewhere, I knew from my first phone call that I wasn't walking out of this course without being completely comfortable with my weapon. Barry takes the time to make sure of it! I walked in the first day not sure how to hold my handgun and walked out completing my qualification with a score of 100%. We shot standing, kneeling, laying on the ground, single-handed and using our non-dominant hands. He explained everything and even brought "hostage situation" targets to show us why shooting isn't always the first course of action. I can't imagine going through this anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend taking the Mr. Barry Donadio's HQL class if you seek to get your HQL License. I learned many things about Maryland's gun laws how they apply and work in scenarios, etc. I also learned the correct ways to handle and manage a handgun. The class was serious, but also fun. Fantastic experience: I had Barry come in and conduct the HQL for about 11 people at my office to include employees and 1 friend. It was very informative, Barry was funny and well versed in the subject of firearm safety and, everyone in the group had a great time. Three of us from that group just completed the additional 16 hour conceal carry course as well. I have already referred several people to this company and Barry and I will continue to do so.
