Hi Borislav, We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the outcome of your order. After researching your account, here are the facts: - Order was placed for Verified Place of Employment on 8/20/23. It is clearly stated on our website in multiple places that these orders can take up to 20 business days. - Order was completed and you were notified via email on 9/8/23. Unfortunately your assigned investigator was not able to locate current employment for your subject. - On the report you were provided on 9/8/23 it states "1. You can request a credit on your account; or 2. You can request a refund to your credit card according to our refund policy for this search." - You contacted us on 9/19/23 and we immediately processed the refund for you. Refunds are not automatically processed because you have options on how you'd like it processed (see above). As an e-commerce business, our online reputation is very important to us. Hi Poe, I do not show an account under this name. Do you have a Searchbug account? Accounts are completely free. We utilize credit cards for identity verification. This is thoroughly explained in our FAQs on our website, here is a direct link: https://support.searchbug.com/portal/en/kb/articles/why-is-a-credit-card-required-to-sign-up Accounts are free, as is your first search so we can show you how good the data is. A payment method is required to avoid scammers, stalkers, and other people that want to abuse the service. Any payment method is acceptable so we can authenticate who is actually obtaining the highly current data we provide. We can't have anonymous people accessing contact information so we use a KYC "Know Your Customer" approach. I'm sure you would appreciate that if someone was trying to locate your information. We would really like to understand so others don't have that experience. Customer satisfaction is a big priority for us and since we can't find any history of you using our service, we wonder if this review is from a competitor trying to damage our online reputation, a spam bot, or perhaps you confused a different service with ours. Hi Cam, Thanks for your feedback. We looked at the file you uploaded and there appears to be a format issues before you uploaded the file. Hence, your file received fewer hits than average. We took the liberty to fix your original file and we were able to double your hit rate. We stripped your original file down to just the 5 columns for name address, city, state, zip, and got 13 hits. While you did only upload 25 records (a pretty small sample) we were able to get 13 hits which is double your original hit rate and more in line with the average. In the future, if you have trouble formatting your file or need the proper specifications, please feel free to call our customer support M - F from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PT so we can review your file. We also list extensive help and instructions at the bottom of the page. We will have someone call you tomorrow to explain how to get the most out of your batch requests and provide you with the additional records at no additional charge since you were charged our $7 batch minimum. We hope you will reconsider your review. Our reputation means a lot.

Hi Paul, you can easily send us an email with a screenshot of your records and we can try to block them from showing. Beginning in the spring of 2019 no records will be shown. The issue with removing the records stems from the fact that they come from multiple sources. We don't own all the data so we can't simply remove them. We can block them if we know exactly which one's to block but when records are updated due to the Freedom of Information Act they can reappear. Since it takes time and effort to block records, yes we do charge a small administration fee. I'm sorry you don't agree with that but if spent all our time blocking records for non-customers, then we wouldn't be able to help all the customers. If you contact all these parties and get your information removed, then your information will no longer show up on online or our site.
