Fantastic experience: Private security pre-assignment and de-escalation class was very thorough and in depth. Kieth was very active and great at keeping us engaged and involved in the class. Hes very good about keeping stories and explanations interesting and attention catching. I learned a lot and was kept engaged the entire time and clearly understood everything he was saying, and was given very detailed explanations for any questions asked.
