Arizona Quick Serve: Reviews
Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS SERVER! Took our money and refused to use the proper address but instead continued to attempt service to address that they knew was wrong. Con artists who will take your money then put blame on you -the client for their mistakes. We have used other service agencies in Arizona for decades and have never had a problem. Don't trust your important operations and documents to these people they are flagrantly dishonest.
Fantastic experience: I've worked with this company for more than one job and they are super fast at serving the documents! They are easy to access - whenever I called, I was able to reach someone to help (as opposed to other businesses where it can take days for someone to call you back). When I reached someone on the phone, the person always took their time to answer any and all questions I had. This company goes above and beyond to help you! Highly recommend!
Thank you Stephanie! Glad I can help
Negative experience: Don't use these fools.
Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! Great communication, would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Amazing service used them twice to serve my ex husband!!!!
Fantastic experience: Great fast service. Affordable and very easy
Fantastic experience: I delayed serving the papers I needed to for months, for a couple reasons but one was the fact that I didn’t want them to take forever to be served wasting time and money. I finally initiated with Arizona Quick Serve and holy cow- they served him that very day. I’m not sure if that’s standard, but I was so grateful that I finally did it and it went so smoothly. I was updated on the process at each step in real time. They served the papers, submitted to the courts, and provided me with the stamped copy for official confirmation. As much as I hope to never need their services again, I will easily use them again!
Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Arizona Quick Serve. They meet all of our law firm's needs for quick and dependable service of process. Greg and Craig are quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. The prices are reasonable within the market. They are very professional licensed process servers and have become our "go-to" process servers. They also file the service documents with the Court, which is a welcome time-saver for us. Arizona Quick Serve, thanks for your service (pun intended!!)
Fantastic experience: The service was without a doubt so professional and I would highly recommend Arizona Quick Serve.
Fantastic experience: Amazing work!! I’ve never had to serve anyone (especially an apartment complex) and when plan A couldn’t work they didn’t hesitate to help me with plan B!! Along with any questions and concerns I had during or after they served :-) Deff the company you want helping you! Thank u!!!
Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a Process Server, Arizona Quick Serve is the one. This company goes a lot further than I had bargained for. Trust me, look no further. You will be more than Satisfied you picked them. Their service is the better bargain out of all the company's i googled and researched. Every company i called, Arizona Quick Serve cost less with more attempts to get the job processed. Very happy customer.
Negative experience: Agreed to pay an extra $50 for them to go to Tatum and dynamite (5 miles north of their desert ridge office) because it was "out of their regular territory"! For $150.00 you would think they might really hustle knowing exactly when and where to find the person being served...you'd be wrong because after a week of waiting I finally called them and found out that A) no service yet B) the owner wouldn't tell me if it had even been attempted yet!!! When I got upset due to the extreme time sensitivity of the service, the owner Craig just said " I don't like your expectations" and sent my paperwork back to me! Lazy and arrogant best describes this company.
Fantastic experience: So helpful!
Negative experience: I would recommend against this service and would recommend one based in tucson. It took them longer than the 2 week limit to complete their service attempts. The first service attempt was complete 4 business days after placing the order rather than the 2 they claim. They confused the building that they were supposed to be serving with a college fraternity next to it. On the first couple attempts, they followed google maps and were taken to a garage behind the building for which there was a gate that wasnt strung open (but not locked) and that was enough to consider it failed, even though it was clear from the garage that there is another path to access the building (from the front) or even to actually try to open the gate, which is always open. They were rushing through each individual attempt (but not through getting the full order complete, they spent five days between each attempt) and if things werent ridiculously straight forward, it was marked a failed service. Overall, it seemed if things weren't ridiculously simple, they were rushing to mark attempts failed without actual effort (not that there was much effort needed to see the building could be accessed) so they could meet the required number of attempts to consider it a failed service and recommend alternative service. I would recommend a company that is based in tucson rather than one that works all over arizona, since there is actual management and ownership oversight and work will be taken seriously. When I used another service, my documents were served within two days.
Fantastic experience: Craig and Greg were fast and efficient, I would highly recommend them for service processing needs! I will use again in the future.
Thank you Jason!
Negative experience: Not a professional company, just looking to make a quick buck.
Hi Sera, I understand you were frustrated with our rates for service and how we charge them after you had sent us to an incorrect address. Allow me to explain: We charge per location we go to and cover a certain number of attempts at that location as insurance. We do this to incentivize the server to make their best effort on their initial attempt as the server tends to use more resources on the job the more often they attempt. We found this tends to lead to faster and better service. There are other common methods of charging for service such as charging milage or by the attempt. Both of those are exploitable by process servers to make frivolous attempts to rack up fees and to not necessarily make a best effort. We also cover a large number of attempts at one address to give the best possible diligence report in the event you need to motion the court for alternative service for defendants who avoid. My office completed all the work necessary to set this up and my server utilized their resources to execute your request. While you may have not received the result you were looking for due to your instructions, the work was completed. I don’t believe it’s fair to discount the work my office or my server had done due to being provided inaccurate information and I also don’t believe it’s fair to say that were are just trying to make a quick buck after my server executed your instructions as advertised and you agreed to this pricing policy after it was clearly shown to you when you made your service selection.
Negative experience: We reached out to this company to professionally serve court documents for a small claims case against a client for theft of services against our business. This was our third court case attempt, as we were previously unable to serve the client by certified mail, which is what the court recommended. AZ quick serve took the case, reassured us, and was supposed to make 5 attempts to serve the client. Didn't hear from AZ Quick Serve for a month and half. Just got mail from the court system that our third case has once again been dropped for inability to serve documents. I reached out to AZ Quick Serve and they claimed to had sent one voice-mail regarding the failed servance and our options moving forward. No voice-mail exists, and they did not try to call back, or reach out by email (where we were originally communicating). 100% unimpressed by the the lack of professionalism here, considering court documents are time sensitive. Now I'm out an additional $200 for the dropped case and serving attempt fee.
Fantastic experience: Fast and professional help to it's max.
Fantastic experience: Five stars all around!!! This company answered all of my questions (both times I called) and could not have made this process any easier. They also served my paperwork the next day, provided confirmation of service quickly and filed everything with the court. They have great pricing and make 5 attempts where other companies only make 3. Seriously consider them for your process serving needs!
Negative experience: Save yourself headache, money and time and use another service. The server either didn't record or straight out lied about the details of the different attempts. Per their own website, per attempt the server would be "collecting relevant information of the subject and location". Given the unsuccessful attempts created issues at the work address I provided (because someone misrepresented the company policies), I requested "affidavit of non-service" for unsuccessful attempts to be provided to the HR (and the court later) and they refused to provide the straight and basic details (even explained to me over the phone calls). I will be reporting them to the related licensing office because and Better Business Bureau. Their recklessness could create real issues. At the basic level, they are supposed to be unbiased, precise and capable of basic note taking and record keeping. They failed at every step.
Fantastic experience: Fast and stress free experience! Everything was handled effortlessly online with impressive communication and confirmation. I would recommend them to my best friends!
Positive experience: They answered my questions
Fantastic experience: Great place to get fingerprints done and other stuff
Thank you Thomas!
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Their website said they were open and so did the nice gentleman I spoke with at the agency. But when I got to their office I waited 30 or 40 minutes in the lobby and no one ever came to greet me, receptionist was no where to be found, and no one answered at their office after several call attempts. Craig ( I believe was his name) was the only positive part of my experience. He tried to help me as best he could, given the circumstances. Not sure where the communication breakdown is but they need to take a serious look at how they’re delivering (or in this case not delivering) customer service.
Fantastic experience: service was excellent, thought party would evade service for day but AQS was fast and efficent
Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Love these guys! Greg and Craig always do a great job for us!
Thank you Traci, glad we can help you and your firm!
Fantastic experience: They are truly professional, punctual and absolutely affordable. The documents were served within hours and I couldn't have been more happy with their service! I definitely recommend them!
Thank you Natalie!
Fantastic experience: Astonishingly EXCELLENT service provided. A+++
Thank you Andrea!
Fantastic experience: Quick and easy, thank you! Definitely recommend them.
Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Arizona Quick Serve is always available to get the job done quickly, efficiently and reasonably. Would highly recommend their serves state wide.
Thank you Marci! Glad we can help you and your firm
Fantastic experience: Hopefully I don’t need to serve someone again in my life but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks again.
Thank you Jasen! Glad we could help
Negative experience: Update - When attempting to provide a snappy comeback (over a year later) I'd recommend accuracy in both your statements and grammar. The affidavit was filed by ME with the courts after you finally emailed the form confirming (not conforming btw) service (days later). Do better. Stay away. Paid extra for "expedited processing" to have documents served over the weekend - this did not happen. When contacting this company I was initially told they didnt know anything or locations of their servers and would not know anything until he contacted them. After becoming downright unpleasant I was then transferred to Craig who proceeded to berate me for refusing to accept their lack of answer. Icing on the cake? The document stating the service was done was NEVER filed to the courts despite confirmation from this company that it was. Such a nightmare.
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Arizona Quick Serve. The best in Phoenix! great customer service! I highly recommend them.
Thank you Keila! Glad to hear it!
Positive experience: It's ok
Fantastic experience: Great service and got the person served that was hard to track down
Thank you Robin! Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you
Fantastic experience: The team was professional and helpful. Very quick service.
Thank you Shirley! Glad we could help
Fantastic experience: Very easy to do with Arizona Quick Serve. I paid $105 for same day/next day service. It was well worth it. It gave me peace of mind. It's the first time I've used their services but I would definitely recommend them. I went in person and filled out a form and got a quote & handed them all the paperwork that needed to be severed. After the person been served they file an affidavit to the Court and send proof by email to you that it's all been done. Well worth it!
Positive experience: I initially left a bad review because of a mistake made on their part after I sent a request (the runner went to the wrong department to pull an important file). But these guys were cool under pressure and worked hard to make this right even though I was very frustrated and stressed at the time. I appreciate the effort to get the job done within the original deadline. These guys will work hard for you in a pinch and admit when they messed up. That is not easy to find in a company in my experience.
Fantastic experience: I have worked with Craig each time in arranging the service and he has always been so accommodating with answering my questions and scheduling the service. The most recent service was outstanding because I called him up with the defendant's work schedule for that day and he passed it on to his server who made the service that same day. Great work!
Fantastic experience: Great service. They answered emails and the phone promptly to help serve the papers I needed at a very fair price.
Fantastic experience: They delivered what they promised. I worked with 2 other companies in the area that completely failed service. I gave up on them and tried AZ Quick Serve and they are the only company I will trust with my AZ serves in the future.
Fantastic experience: They were able to serve our client! Customer service was great as well. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Fast and accurate. The two most important items you need when you have to have something served
Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient, and extremely fair pricing. I would certainly recommend them as good process servers are not easy to find!!
Fantastic experience: They were able to serve my papers immediately, hopefully will not need a process sever again.
Negative experience: The servers that they work with are unprofessional. They curse at the people they are serving the papers to. Apparently they don't know how to carry themselves. Use a different company, this will save you the hassle. Jenny Roberts
All of our process servers are certified with the court and follow strict regulations on how they interact with people they are serving. They also undergo yearly training & continuing education classes. Possibly you have us confused with another company, we do not show anyone under your name as being served or being a client recently. Feel free to call us to discuss further. You have signed your post as Jenny Roberts but shows posted by Damon Wasson?
Negative experience: Save your money, scam, ain't quick and the people answering phones have no idea what's going on.
Fantastic experience: Ken is a true professional and gentleman. His out of the box thinking was instrumental in getting the job done in a timely fashion. If it wasn't for Ken i would have been hard pressed to locate the subject. THANK YOU KEN! Your the man.
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this company! The court process is long and frustrating sometimes but my process server, Ken, made the service of paperwork the least stressful. I had to have a man served in Nogales who refused to pick up the certified mail. He knew the papers were coming already so I knew it wouldn't be easy. Ken kept me posted when he got there, sent me photos of where he was, and had the job done in a matter of about an hour. I had the affidavit in hand the next day! This is my first experience with this type of service but if I ever need to do this again, I won't go anywhere else.
Fantastic experience: Served a really dirty business person I have to take to court for theft of services. They served him the FIRST attempt. Professional and polite on the phone. I worked with Skye. Clear receipt and document in about a week. Fair price. I recommend this team.
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting someone served who was avoiding being served. Antoine was easy to work with and got the job done for me within my timetable I was working with. Great rate and good company to work with.
