Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Initially, I retained a different process server. They made one attempt and then dropped the ball. Time was running out for me. Then I reached out to First Class Process. At that point, I was just hoping to get documentation that I had done due diligence. To my pleasant surprise, First Class successfully served the papers despite the short turn around timeframe, the defendant having a very unpredictable schedule and living on the other side of Manhattan. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: I would never use this place again. He originally told me before I paid that my notice would be served in 3 days. It wasn’t so I had to call and he proceeds to tell me it takes 5 days and that if it was “time sensitive” he would have charged me more. What notice isn’t time sensitive?? And further he never sent a proof of service. This guy should be out of business. After leaving this review this guy Greg and his girlfriend proceeded to harass and intimidate me by phone multiple times and at one point the girlfriend kept repeating my address as if saying we know where you live. Sounds like threats to me at which point I had to block them. After realizing that I would not cave in to their bullying, they FINALLY sent my affidavit of service. I am reporting them to attorney general and dept consumer affairs.

First Class Process surpassed my expectations with their work! Negative experience: If i could give negative stars i would have given minus 100stars if i had ten hands its 10thumbs down, zero stars they are SCAMMERS...I've never written a review before as many times as i been ask frm websites or phone survey good nor bad I never take the time, but firstclassprocess force my hand... I give my summons to serve in Manhattan i paid 95$, i give them the address they went to the location, the receptionist at the front desk told them go around to the back entrance, "that is where they accept summons"(government office). First Class Process told me to pay "another 95$ to go and drop off in the back of the building" same building, they climbed different locations i should pay again its a new assignments... THIEVES, first class needs to be investigated they are corrupt n scammers plus liers.

Every time they have hit the mark and have been in direct contact with me. I wouldn't use any other company after using them. They have excellent communication, good pricing and they remember who you are when you call, unlike some companies that are just too busy if you know what I mean. Fantastic experience: I must say I've been going through an extreme hardship fighting with my ex-husband in Queens Family Court for my son. It's a very emotional time to say the least. In any case, I had to find a company whom could serve my ex with custody/visitation papers so I immediately googled such companies. I was directed to First Class Process Server Staten Island and from the first conversation with Greg, I was impressed, comforted and pleased which still cannot give my interaction with him justice. I explained my situation which is of course what this company does on a daily basis but this was my first time using a service to serve papers and it took an extreme burden off my shoulders. Greg and his staff was professional from the very beginning. He told me that it will be taken care of right away as long as I supply him with the necessary information and he wasn't kidding.
