Negative experience: At bank of America on Bellaire. This security guy is acting as if he owens the building. Very rude so not professional, not only to me but to everyone.his name Lester by the way

Fantastic experience: Good company

Negative experience: Don’t use these folks. And, it’s a beautiful 75 deg day in Houston and the security person is sitting in their car with the engine idling and we don’t appreciate it. I have tried to reach out to this company and they have no interest. Their security guard just sits in her car and scrolls through her cell phone. I don’t recommend this company for security because they obviously don’t pay attention.

Negative experience: Good luck trying to contact the Houston, Texas office. Repeated calls were either answered and immediately hung up, or business line answering machine directed you to try entering first or last name of person you were trying to reach. Apparently no one works there because every attempt advised person you are trying to reach is not employed there.

Negative experience: A rag tag team of cop wannabes who are power hungry & delusional into thinking they have any authority. The video of the guy taking pictures/videos via public sidewalk & being blocked, stopped & detained by a bunch of lying hoodlums pumping their chests up, is hilarious! Could this company hire better losers?!

Negative experience: This company is GARBAGE, TRASH!

Negative experience: it was a waste of time

Negative experience: You have a list of things that Can Not be done while at your post - Eating, Lap-Tops, Cell Phones, Sleeping in your car for hours, Leaving your post to walk around outside, etc ... and it needed to be stopped. As a Supervisor, when trying to stop the stuff, you write people up ... but that was a wrong thing to do ... these people were mostly related to the operations manager the site manager and to each other ... so, they fire you for reporting that stuff ... the other supervisors don't do anything because they need their job ... they have No Site monitors to see what is going on at all ...

Positive experience: Professional building. The lobby had a very unpleasant smell when I visited. Other than that, it was a great visit.
