Negative experience: Booo

Fantastic experience: I lost my wallet and they sent me back everything in the mail!!! I didn't know who this company was...I thought how sweet and decent it was for them to do thAt act of kindness!!!

Negative experience: They need to have more training with their staff today Saturday May 1st at 11:20 am at the bank of america in snellville one of the security elements pushed me with his shoulder and got in a very arrogant way with me in front of several people be very careful with your staff

Negative experience: I was at the bank and the security guard was in a whole conversation while I was waiting to talk to him. I left went inside came out he was still talking not paying attention or aware of his surroundings. He was rude and not doing his job. I asked his name as he was walking away and he said LJ or LB. I said those are initials not your name and he kept walking and yelled out they know me. Bank of America should have reported him. He wasn't at his post. He left his post to fraternize. Anything could have happened and he would not have been prepared.

Negative experience: So inconsiderate during this crisis, Human Resources doesn’t ever answer calls nor responses to emails, they don’t care about the lives of the people only about having a body at a site...

Negative experience: Unorganized & unprofessional....you’ll sign over 5 offer letters before even getting to a site. Seem like nobody care about your time and gas wasted to continue going to headquarters to sign letters and pick up new uniforms only to keep getting calls saying it was a misunderstanding the position is already filled!

Negative experience: Unprofessional and doesn't value your time or you as an employee.

Negative experience: We hired them to manage security and sold a bill of nothing, bad performance by management . Poor follow through. Did not honor contract. Every level and area of staff we dealt with was less than poor. do not use G4S for your future needs. The list a google reviews is just one indicator that they need a lot of improvements.

Negative experience: Really was a below 0 star experience. Management is very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Unprofessional i was told to be at the office at 8:30am-9am and i was the first person at the office and i watched 6 people go ahead of me , this is not how a business should be operated i guess i have nothing else better to do

Negative experience: Arrived for the indeed hiring event today. Was ignored for 30 minutes in an empty lobby. Not 1 employee acknowledged me. The receptionist never checked the sign in log. I was the 2nd person to sign this morning.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional employees at Campbelton Rd Manheim location! The night shifts is ridiculous especially the two girls that work after 9pm they can't do any work because they are talking on they cells on Facebook and Instagram! Kept closing the window talking about people. And one employee had the nerve to just walk away from the window while I was having a conversation with her she told me I was irritating her!!!! Like really it took everything in me not to get on her level but I did record their actions I'm just hoping that something be done about this matter because we transport these cars stand in the cold walking all over that place and these person have the nerve to be so rude and unprofessional!

Negative experience: Terrible management from the GM Jacob Pugh down to site supervisors. They lie about pay all the time, they leak and share your personal information like SSN , pay rate, address for anyone to see it. They cheat us officers on deployment pay all the time. Worst security company ever. They are sued left and right. Hell they are being sued by SCAD in Savannah GA because of Identity Theft. They shared personal officers information . Exposed their social security numbers and everything.
