Fantastic experience: I was in a position of life where I needed confirmation of a certain person's actions and needed confirmation of what I believed. When I called Tulsa Private investigations the response was quick and she went over the situation I was in with me. Made some suggestions and informed me of what the expectations would be and assured me that she could complete the task. In less than 14 days I had the confirmation provided to me in detail as well as photo supplied. She communicated with me well through the whole process, we finally sat down and met and went over everything that had occurred to that time. I was never pressured to continue the surveillance and we agreed with the information I had and what was provided to me I was great. Fantastic experience: Krista is amazing. She helped my college freshman daughter recover her bike ( which had a tracker), after my daughter didn’t get much help from police on first attempt. She coordinated with police to come to the location, scouted area, pushed police to act to recover the bike from a chop shop, picked up my daughter, escorted her through a scary process and location for her. And she went above and beyond to help my daughter and to work with campus security to inform them of this location and how they are preying on college kids. Not only did she do a great job professionally she is a warm caring person. Highly recommend her.

I have used the services of Tulsa Private Investigation several time. Absolutely, was thrilled because they searched and searched ( you get the point) to assist me in finding a guy I met on line. Well, thanks to them I learned it was a "catfishing" scam. Believe me, nobody wants to have to hear bad news, but I rather be alive, well and money not stolen. When Kristin called me she reassured me that " it is not your fault & your beautiful inside and out". She told me nothing could be found on this guy. For a split second I was mad at myself, but then stopped, because I was proud of myself for reaching out and hiring a P.I. Can I say to whoever is reading this rebiew. Yes, it money out of your pocket, but to know their is PI service that you can count on and puts the customer first is worth it. Hell, we don't even blink when we pay $7.00 for a Starbucks latte. Lastly, I was so appreciative that they were able to find my dad. Yet, he wants nothing to do with me. However, I was again encouraged by the owner. Negative experience: Is not willing to help. She found the same number I found on google and only kept calling that number. Never returned my calls or keep me updated if she had any new information or not . Don’t waist your money. in response to your response . I find it odd that you are blatantly giving false information. You never contacted me with any other information but a phone number until i added my review. Only then did i email you after you replied to my review as being false and a bot. A review is my perception of the service i received and i have every right to post. You never gave me an address or ANY location where they might be. If you were not able to find this person all you had to do was say so. Communication is key. Lying is not a good business character and i am appalled that you would do such a thing. I have found this person on my own ..maybe i should start my own private eye business with better customer service. Thank you for your time

Fantastic experience: I became a widow very unexpectedly. I had guardianship papers for my spouses daughter. I had raised her since she was 18 months old. She was barely 14 years old at the time of her mother's death. There was no father listed on her birth certificate. But over the years we had talked about him. He is a full blood Navajo. I am very Caucasian. I took what information i had and tried for 3 years to locate him to no avail. I finally saw an advertisement for Spygirl. I didn't have much money as I'm on full disability and now a single parent. She met with me at a local ice cream store. We visited and I gave her all the information I had on him. She worked with me on payments. Low and behold she actually FOUND him. I live in Oklahoma and he lives in Arizona. After many failed attempts to find him I was on the verge of just giving up. I tried calling him one more time. BINGO!!!! We got connected. He and I are working together to get my daughter's birth certificate amended. Once that's complete she will be a registered Navajo. She looks just like him. It's amazing. They stay connected with social media as well as phone calls. My daughter graduates next year. Then we are going to go meet her extended family. She's so excited. She's even planning on going to a college close to where he lives. If it wasn't for the amazing ability to locate someone in another state with no more information than I had my daughter would have gone through life always wondering who she really was. Thanks to Spygirl, we got a happy ending. Rather a new beginning. Thank you for giving my daughter the rest of her family, and also making it possible for her to claim her heritage.
