Product was installed as promised, techs were friendly and answered all my questions, they seemed extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter. Fantastic experience: Used Alltech to install home alarm and install/mount TVs. Brandon is professional did a great job with alarm install, clean up and training us on the system. John did great with TVs and had a system for establishing the correct height. Very personalized service.

Negative experience: Alltech has been one of the least reliable, most unprofessional and unmotivated companies we've had the displeasure of doing business with. We had constant issues with our security system and always had to call multiple times over several days to get someone out to "fix" it when something went wrong. I literally had to set myself reminders when I called them to fix something to call again the next day, because the majority of the time no one shows up. When someone does finally show up, the repair was always some hobbled together improvised mess that never lasted. The last few months of using them, we called repeatedly to fix one of our keypads that was stuck in "waiting to bind" mode, it was totally useless while we waited for a technician that eventually never came. This finally drove us to find another company, who informed us that the reason our system that Alltech installed was so unreliable is that it was residential grade hardware installed in our 40K square foot building. Do not recommend, run like the wind.

Positive experience: We had a good experience with all tech as they initially set up our home. They were friendly and respectful. However, we have had 3 separate issues (its only been 5 months) and have called numerous times on each issue and noone calls back even though we have been told the schedule would be moved around to accommodate us or that a tech would call to schedule us.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Alltech was incredible; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to integrate and install anything A/V related into their home. The team has our complete trust, and we will 100% be going to them for all of our future projects! Initially, we worked with Joe as he walked us through all of the services that Alltech provides (which is a ton). This process was surprisingly hassle-free; we were able to share exactly what we wanted for our home and not feel pressured to do more. We were able to learn a lot during this consultation, as well as make the best decisions with respect to both our interests and our budget. For the install, we had the privilege of working with both Brandon and Kyle. They are both AMAZING. Both of them are true professionals and excellent at their craft. The care that they showed for us, our home, and the work that they did really blew us away. The final results were more than we could have hoped for. If you're on the fence about choosing Alltech, I would say that the expertise that the techs carry would be more than enough to convince anyone. I really can't say enough good things about them. Overall, Alltech has been a great company to work with, demonstrating top-tier quality and service.

They were quite efficient and worked well together. I appreciated the text and phone call I received letting me know they were on their way. I didn’t have to be home waiting for a 2-3 hour window. I’ve experienced prompt responses when calling and had all of my questions answered every time. Fantastic experience: We are extremely satisfied with our installation and services with All Tech, specifically working with Brandon. Brandon was incredibly kind, trustworthy and helpful through every step of the way. He stayed late on more than one occasion to make sure we were left with working equipment. He worked on the installation on our home for over 5 days and spent a lot of time making sure we understood the technology and equipment along the way. I even texted him after hours for technical questions and he answered without hesitation! I trusted him in our home, with our son and dogs, and with our belongings. I asked him day one to please take off his shoes or wear booties (as we moved into a brand new home) and he did both without hesitation and never forgot despite going in and out of the home frequently to get supplies. He truly went above and beyond for us and I’m confident he treats every client this way! All Tech is blessed to have Brandon as an employer!!

Fantastic experience: Joe made this a seamless process from start to finish. I moved a business with security cameras and an access system recently. Joe came out and bid the job at a VERY reasonable price. He sent a full crew out to get the job done in a single day (they arrived in time!), and not only were they efficient, friendly, and professional, they went above and beyond in helping me get some of my back end systems set up - work they didn’t have to do. They didn’t leave until they were certain everything was operating correctly and they didn’t leave a mess behind either - which seems like a minor thing but isn’t the standard for all companies. Communication was fantastic, from start to finish. Their work and employees far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this company for over 10 years at three of my businesses and my house and at least a half a dozen of my friends houses. They are a locally owned business of which I love to support. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to their service. I called last week with camera issues at my house and they were out there within 24 hours and had me fixed back up. Small family owned businesses are hard to find these days and this is a great one.

Fantastic experience: Overall very positive experience. Got to know Seth, one of the owners, a little during our install. This is a family owned and operated, local business. Please support, and, be forgiving for small “hiccups” that may occur during the process. They’ll make it right. About two years in with them and so far not a single issue that wasn’t resolved promptly.

Negative experience: Very poor service and uncaring people. If you are in need of real security, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! Is a ripoff!! At first when they were trying to have me as a client, Zeth was very responsive. However once I was done installing and paid off it was very different! Including double billing. Who has time for babysitting a company? My needs for a competitive service were not a casual, oh let me get an Alarm just because! I had someone entering my place! After spending a pretty penny All tech would not address the issue that the Alarm was been bypass! Several times I called, texted and left messages that were completely ignored! No one has my password police were called! All-Tech wanted extra payment as well for coming out to look at the camara that was disengaged!

Negative experience: Installed wiring in our new house, they offered to provide quotes for TVs, sound system, and house lighting intially, however they are very slow to respond to emails (>7 days on average), and have yet to provide quotes for house lighting for over a month. Looking to use someone else.

Fantastic experience: Good products and service. Fair price. We'd recommend them highly. Just curious though, your web site shows your sign in front of your customer's homes. We'd like a sign in front and on the west side fence. Good deterrent. Thanks! 11/14/2022 We had an issue with the contact on one of the doors and Brandon came out on time and made the repair. Great guy and knowledgeable. We're very pleased with the service we get from Alltech however when the door installers from EH installed the doors they covered up the alarm wiring so that Alltech had to do a wireless alarm system which isn't as reliable in our opinion. If the issue continues we intend to have Alltech redo our system at EH's expense.

Negative experience: How would you trust this home security company if they are not even answering or returning your phone calls? Total scam company. I just moved into my new home that had an existing security system of ALLTECH that I wanted to take over, and each time when I call; 9/10 times nobody will answer the phone. If they do, the lady said “our guy will call you shortly”. Never happened. If you don’t want to serve customers, why not be upfront or just go out of business? Save the hassle and go with another company. If you have their equipment, you can inquire about equipment takeover with reliable companies. BE WARNED.

Negative experience: I have used them for monitoring in the past and sometimes had issues getting them to call me back then but I'm fairly patient so it only irked me a little. My house was hit by lightning and I called them to replace equipment. I called them the beginning of the week of 08/16 and left a voicemail. I had not gotten a response so I called again on Friday 08/20 and spoke to a woman. She said she needed to speak to a tech and then either she or the tech would call me back. It's now almost 08/26/21 and no one has called me. If this is how they are treating people trying to set up service now, I can only imagine how bad the service is for people getting services from them.

Fantastic experience: I have to start this off letting you know that I only review things if I have a really good or bad experience. So I spoke with the owner Seth, who is very professional, a week ago about their monitoring service, which is a better price by far (more than 50%) than anyone else i have found (All Tech is the 3rd provider i have had in 10 years). I had Kyle out today, who was very knowledgeable on their equipment as well as the equipment i already had in place. Just a little back story, my previous provider came in and disconnected all my wired equipment (from the provider before them) telling me it would not work with their system, just so i would purchase new from them. Seth with All Tech came in today (after i had committed to All Tech and discussed buying more glass breaks from him to extend my coverage) and let me know that every piece of equipment that i have is in good working condition and has the ability to be configured to their system (as well as the system i had before) and he made it all work flawlessly, which saved me some money because i didn't need to purchase new equipment after all. At the end of the day i feel like i am in very good hands based on the honesty and hard work that was delivered today, not to mention the price is amazing. I will definitely be recommending the Team over at All Tech to anyone that is looking for a freshly installed system or an older system that needs monitoring at a fair price.

Fantastic experience: So I have been with Alltech for over 4 years now. And Seth and his staff is more focused on making customer happy. I just had them do some upgrades to my current system. I not only was very pleased with upgrades but the installation was awesome. He noticed that I had personal cameras and he help me get them working better than they had before. He also let me know that they do more than just security systems. He let me know they can wire in my speakers for outside and surround sound and get everything working right. Also can install perimeter lighting among many other things. And I was interested in getting a new panel but was told by they not to waste my money because mine was working fine. So if you want a alarm that doesn’t look at you as just a number you will be happy with Alltech.

Fantastic experience: Good security company with fast service. Way better than ADT or TNT. ( both of which I've used on my old house )
