Negative experience: I reached out for support. Ready to hire and he never followed up or returned any of my calls. Very unprofessional. I definitely don't recommend someone in this field that does not take potential clients serious. I had a serious issued I needed support on that involved my child being bullied. There was no clear follow up after I left several voice messages. I was ready to hire and enter into an agreement but with this poor follow-up, I decided not to continue the engagement. My experience was not good and normally people don't look to into PI services unless its something serious.

Negative experience: Please DON’T use Roberto as Pi he is a Scam. I hired him in March 2nd to find someone. He was very responsive at the first time. Then he took the retainer that same day. Then I never heard from him ever since. Try to call many times, left voicemail messages, and emails. Save your money, and get references from friends and family before hiring a PI. Not him!!!!!

Mr. Roberto helped us track and serve a notorious scammer - John Garcia , who operates a landscaping company called Montes alto. Edit: 4/21 Due to some weird process serving rules between counties the service was deemed inadmissible in my local court but Mr. Roberto was kind enough to help re-serve free of charge. Highly recommend him as he went out of his way to help me get closure . Hope this time the miscreant faces justice.

Fantastic experience: I requested some information for Rivera Associates, they were able to gather information and promptly provide the response. then I asked them to provide court paper to an individual, through their hard work, they were able to contact the right person, got the proof of delivery , very professional and good quality

Negative experience: I replied to his ad, because of the 24 hr service. Left a message, and did receive a call back next evening. He seemed hurried and not very attentive. He texted me his info, and emailed it as well. I replied to his with all the information I believed he would need. He sends me! Email days later, requesting the information I had previously provided. Obviously, my email was never read. I call him again! First time (Jan.14th) Yesterday, No real interest shown. He asks me if he had an appointment to meet me? I told him no, we never have discussed a meeting, nor availability, nor fees. He told me he was on another call, and would call me back. I'm still waiting on that call. Thing is, I WASTED PRECIOUS TIME, WAITING. I will seek out professional help elsewhere. The best man for the job!? Is probably a "WOMAN"

Positive experience: 07/19/22 - I am updating my review again. The quality of the background report is worthy of 5 stars. Roberto provided me with the background check this morning and he did apologize for the delay. He also refunded the full fee I paid to him. I appreciate that. The reason for the four-star review is due to the delays. I would recommend his services, but would also recommend establishing a mutually agreeable completion date in advance, especially if your needs are time-sensitive. PREVIOUS 06/28/2022 – I am changing my previous 5-star review to 1-star. I hired and paid Roberto $625 one month ago for a background check on one person. He charged me for 5 hours’ work. Not only have I not received the background report that I paid for, I have emailed him about 10 times requesting a status update and he has not responded to any of those requests. I am very disappointed by his failure to provide the service I paid for and by his lack of professional courtesy to even respond to an email request for follow-up. PREVIOUS (about 3 years ago): Professional, efficient, prompt service. Roberto was knowledgeable of the relevant laws and knew how to serve an evasive individual. I'm so relieved to have this done. Well worth $85.
