Negative experience: While I believe this company has a solid reputation, I encountered a frustrating experience regarding their closing times. I called after 4 pm to inquire about their hours and was not informed that they stop accepting clients at 4:45 pm. All that was stated was that their establishment closed at 5pm. As a result, I arrived around 4:50 pm, paid for parking, only to be turned away at the door. I was unable to hear the staff clearly through the door, which compounded the issue. Clearer communication about closing times, particularly when someone calls ahead, would have saved me time, fuel, and parking costs. Attention to such details and going the extra mile can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and generate positive word-of-mouth.

Fantastic experience: Quick finger printing services. In and out in 10 mins . You van park for free on a side street in the neighborhood behind the building, or pay for parking with cash or app

Negative experience: I was turned away because they “closed”. Website states they take walk-ins 9am-1pm I showed up at 12:41 but they locked the door in my face. I had been calling the place all morning to confirm hours or early closes like this but no one ever answers. I confirmed with the front desk the correct phone number she said 687-1408. Which I thought was really weird because the website doesn’t list this number anywhere and the sign above the building guess incorrect number as well.

Fantastic experience: Can't believe only one person to handle check-in and fingerprinting. She handled it professionally and with a personable demeanor. Employers tend to underappreciate weekend workers but they are the weekend warriors.

Fantastic experience: My cleaning company service this business biweekly. I chose to leave a review after witnessing the hard work and dedication the employees displayed the past few months. I've been visiting both locations (Towson and Essex) for years. I can honestly say it seems once COVID passed and the law changed regarding handgun permits, they have been slammed! I've never seen either location so busy. With that said, the employees continue to show up on time, consistently greet the customers with a smile and do everything they can to get them in and out the door with minimum waiting. At this particular location (Essex) they get alot of walk ins, thus resulting in the front lobby area being packed most days. The employees greet them, advise them to sign in and wait patiently as they work diligently to finish up the person they are assisting. The phones are non stop and they always answer. I honestly don't know how they manage to keep up, but they do. I see some of the reviews on here regarding this company and it's a shame. The people should give more grace and learn to be patient. Some choose to be nasty with the employees (I've witnessed it myself) because they have to wait their turn. They expect the employees to stop in their tracks and help them only. The privilege smh. I highly recommend this company and I've personally utilized them on several occasions. I send my friends and coworkers to support them because they are truly awesome at what they do. Taylor, Lanice, Charlie, and the newer staff members, Keep up the great work!

Positive experience: Looks like a Decent place. I went for fingerprint service and gentleman at the counter explained the services clearly so choosing the right option felt easier to decide.

Fantastic experience: Classes here with Victor were very informative in a relaxed setting. Victor's teaching approach was direct and he answered all questions asked. I got a lot out of his class and will most definitely recommend him and Absolute to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical when I entered. Looks like a store front of the some massage parlor where u get snached up. But it serves a purpose. The one employee handled herself with professionalism and got the job done.

Fantastic experience: Just completed the HQL class with Victor Aulestia. The class was very informative without getting bogged down in the minutia. Victor is clearly very knowledgeable and makes the entire process easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone interested in obtaining their HQL.

Negative experience: The young lady is very rude . She doesn’t even help to find the location. I don’t recommend that place

Negative experience: I have patronized this location twice for a background check. Today would of been the 3rd time I spent money at this location, despite the lack of professionalism. The same unpleasant experience from previous visits. Greeted by a person who is extremely rude, inconsiderate and no help at all. Only convenience is that it's close. Each time she was generally rude and not helpful at all. Won't get my business or colleagues business again, had to note this experience.

Fantastic experience: The instructor Victor Aulestia made the HQL class safe, informative, and fun. I would recommend his class to anyone. The four hour class flies by because Victor keeps it interesting and interactive. I truly feel educated and prepared.
