The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the processes. I called in the morning at 9:15 and was able to get an appointment for fingerprints by 12:30pm that same day. The lady I spoke with in the phone was informative and kind.

Fantastic experience: Came here for fingerprinting and I’m so glad I did. They did the extra leg work to make sure the process was done properly and were a pleasure to be around. If you ever need fingerprints for ATF forms, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also, the lobby is very nice and a great place to relax for a bit if you get there early.

I reached out to this company and literally got a response within the hr of me requesting information. Paid them that day and literally less then a week later we had thier address plus photos. When I say this company is AMAZING I mean that. Matt is the pi I worked with and he's amazing! He always responded to me and kept me updated which I loved! Also offered us to have her served when the time comes ! Just amazing all around!

Fantastic experience: I hired Sentry Service to investigate a likely cheating spouse. Jeff and his team did find good evidence of an affair. The SSI team was very responsive and quick to perform surveillance. They charge a reasonable rate. I am very pleased with their work, and will hire them again should the need arise. And, at the end, there were retainer funds yet not spent, they refunded all of the remaining retainer. Great and honest group. No complaints from me what-so-ever. Jerry

Fantastic experience: I retained Sentry Service for the service of several court summons in the Ocala area, and was assisted in this matter by Jeff, who was very courteous and professional. As a result of his fine work, Sentry will remain my "go-to" source for all such services in the future and I highly recommend them. [Updated 08-10-20]: Sentry Service (and Investigations) assigned the matter to one of their best (Nathan) who stayed on this case like Sherlock Holmes until achieving service on two defendants who were actively avoiding service (to the extent of utilizing alternate vehicles to get into and out of their property undetected in the dead of night). If you are a law firm, corporation, or private individual in need of investigative services state-wide, or the service of process or subpoena in Marion County, don't waste your time or money elsewhere, CALL SENTRY!.

Fantastic experience: I am in Dallas, TX and was having a really hard time getting someone served in Silver Springs, FL. We hired a national process service company and a Dallas PI to try to find him, but we were having no luck. I contacted Jeff at Sentry Services on a Friday afternoon and sent him the paperwork I needed served and all of the information I had on the person. By Saturday afternoon, Jeff had found him and served him! I was completely impressed by the speed of service and the communication between Jeff and me.
