Fantastic experience: As a level 3 commissioned officer this is one of the most enjoyable and encouraging places to work. I'm actively seeking to learn more and improve my skills to become the best officer I can be and the amount of training offered and encouraged is immense and only helps produce an even better officer. Fantastic experience: This company has an incredible display of professionalism and courteous officers. It's very well seen through their actions that they take great pride in what they do in protecting people, property, and venues. I was recently out at the Texas Flynn Fest in Spring Texas located at Sawyer Park. There was a medical emergency, and I saw GPI Defense in action. They quickly responded, and the incident was resolved without issue. I spoke to several officers throughout the event, and they were all very engaging. I definitely recommend these guys! Very well done!

At one point in the year, we hosted a very popular and crowded event on campus. Negative experience: You guys have an employee by the name of B.Cook that works security in austin at Wild Greg’s. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of this guy who’s aggressive and proudly wears your uniform. I’m former law enforcement and saw what this guy did to a friend of mine for no apparent reason. Do better GPI Defense.

Negative experience: Unable to have security on site as scheduled. Keep checking up and not finding anyone around when they are being paid to have security there. Have had tens of thousands of dollars in material stolen on several occasions while GPI was providing site security.
