Fantastic experience: I manage an apartment complex and we contracted with metro several years ago. 0 complaints. Professional, reliable, and their rates are the best around. I would highly recommend that anyone in northeast Ohio call metro for your security needs.

The really take the time to get to know your business and provide quality guards where you need it most. I've used them on multiple job sites, complexes and staff always compliments how personable and helpful the guards are.

Negative experience: An over zealous “guard” lowered a gate onto my $50,000 car and they literally did NOTHING but victim shame and harass me, not kidding. Check out the BBB complaints posted.

Positive experience: Good but could be better

Negative experience: I told them on phone i am unarmed , even then they call me to fill a paper application , when i went there they said ok call after 30 days, right now we dont have anything for unarmed. I ll never recommend anyone

Negative experience: Horrible place to work. Don't even think about it. They cheated me on numerous pay checks. They make you turn in a schedule of the hours that you worked at each post every week. But, when there is a discrepancy, do they call you about it? Nope. They just throw the schedule you turn in away! So, then what's the point in turning them in?? They don't have direct deposit and are too cheap to even mail you your paycheck. Instead, you have to go to Cleveland every week to get it in person. If you point out the fact that they made a mistake, they become hostile and threaten to fire you. There are plenty of security companies out there. Trust me, you don't want to work for these jerks.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. Called about a job position HR or manager (not sure which) guy goes "um, no" and hangs up on me.

Fantastic experience: Have never been disappointed when I've used metro. Always show up early and great communication. If I could give it a 6 star I would.

Negative experience: Came to my place and acted like newborns. Using fowl language and Stormed out like little kids because they couldn't get their way. If this is the way they do business then I would beware.

Fantastic experience: Well trained guards, and the owners are very accessible and really went out of their way to accommodate for our needs.

Fantastic experience: I contracted with Metro to keep vandals off my construction site, and I did not have one problem there for the eight months of the project. I highly recommend their security service. Set up was fast and his guards are the type of people I could depend on.
