Negative experience: Your company's service is very disappointing. We were just at a concert at Hollywood casino and the security presence was minimal. The could not control the crowds. We asked one of the security to help with someone who took our seats and he said he didn't work there, laughed and walked away. It was a very disappointing display.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Watch Dog for an all day event at my place of employment - a large performing arts venue. Both officers that were on-site were professional, friendly and responsible, even helping to direct traffic for a guest with a flat tire. I felt they did an outstanding job making all of my guests feel safe and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough, and will not have to think twice about recruiting their services for future event. Great service!

Fantastic experience: Sheepdog is a VERY GREAT COMPANY. Very professional, Prompt and on time to handle business when needed. They also provide their security officers with patrol vehicles that allow security officers to drive to sites that are far distances. They don’t just treat their staff like Security guards they treat them like HUMAN BEINGS. They understand the frustration that comes with the job mentally. They also provide training to all staff on how to handle themselves under pressure, So that they can take control and enforce safety for the client and themselves.Nothing bad to say but keep up the Great work.

Negative experience: 1. There was a point in time the 2 people who were hired were no where to be found. 2. They were asked repeatedly to do certain things and either would do what they wanted or spent time talking about the issue instead of addressing it. 3. The guy was always on his phone. How are you paying attention to what is going on if you’re on you’re phone? 4. Instead of just doing their jobs, every time they saw something they came to tell us before acting. If I have to tell them to remove anyone not doing the right thing what am I paying for? 5. Too much irrelevant conversation. I’m running an event I don’t care about talking to hired security about anything unrelated to my event especially when there are a few hundred people to manage. Overall I am very unhappy with this service and when dicussing the fact that there’s was a time when security could not be found the supervisor assured me that they never left the building... I can assure her that me nor the other 3 people I was working with could find them. The officers were not there 2 hours early. They were their 20 minutes before the event started. They did not stay for an hour past the event. The DJ and I were the last people there. The male security guard assisted me to my car at around 3:15 am. The people hired were not there to be concerned about other events on the campus the university didn’t hire or pay for their services. At the time of my event their only concern should have been my event. They didn’t even check anyone as they came in. They don’t need to check in with me if people are doing things like smoking in the venue. They should just escort them out. You were not there until after my event was done so you cannot attest to what was being done. I wanted to take several pictures of the security sitting down, talking to each other, and on their phones but I had an event to host. Instead of making excuses for your staff. Apologize and assure it won’t happen again. Also just so you know party goers were concerned for their safety when people were not checked before entering the party.
