I interviewed another private investigator who came highly recommended, but felt very uncomfortable with them and did not feel that my brother's case would be handled the way I desired. From complex financial investigations and surveillance to background investigations and witness interviews, I highly recommend Spearhead Investigations.

Fantastic experience: In September 2012, my ex-wife and I divorced and a week after the divorce was finalized, we had a disagreement on custody and she made an allegation of RAPE against me alleging that I molested her 16 year daughter (my then step daughter).....In November of 2012 through the recommendation of my attorney Daniel Farnsworth I hired Spearhead Investigations to help me with the case between myself and the State of Georgia, keep in mind the allegations were alleged months after the supposed rape occurred and following a bitter divorce between myself and my ex-wife. My Attorney Mr. Farnsworth and Spearhead Investigations diligently fought to prove my innocent. Upon recommendation from my Attorney, I took a polygraph and passed and was presented to the DA but was inconsequential to the Fulton District Attorney's office. Spearhead Investigation then mount a vigorous investigative strategy and were able to establish alibis through my job showing that I was physically in meetings during the initial alleged date. They subpoenaed and obtained triangulation records from my cell phone service provider which showed me using my phone miles away from the alleged crime scene. They were able establish that I was out of the country on the other possible dates suggested by the State. They outlined major differences in the stories that the stepdaughter provided to law enforcement versus the one she told to her friends. They located the so called "outcry" witness of my then step daughter's friend who provided statements indicating that she knows the teen (her friend) to be untruthful and that she herself did not believe her friend. In the end, they presented the entire investigation to the Fulton DA and the outcome was the accusation and the entire case DISMISSED and all charges DROPPED! Thanks to SPEARHEAD Investigations and my young and very vibrant Attorney I am a FREE MAN and was able to go back to my life and reunited with my daughter who I was deprived from seeing almost two (2) years while trying to prove my INNOCENCE (which i believe was the motive of the false charges). An Innocent man!
