Negative experience: Waste of money. Worst video image. They don't certified their quality just give videos that you can't watch clearly. After you ask for better job (videos )they don't answer.

Negative experience: Very disappointing Paid $700 retainer to higher them for private investigation. Discussed all detail with them before hiring. Waited for 2 weeks after paying retainer, but after hearing nothing decided to call them. They did not remember who I was and what I hired them for. Had to request a refund for the retainer, but got no answer so had to dispute the payment. Very unprofessional.
