Negative experience: He is unresponsive, doesn't do as he says he will do in his contract, I had to sue him to get my report and an invoice after asking for a few years, then he lies to the judge that his work was pro bono when I had paid his retainer in full. The judge ruled in my favor and Jason was to pay back my retainer starting in May $500 a month based on his email to my attorney and still fails to do so. During "his" investigation you are mostly coached on what needs to be done and basically do the investigation yourself. Jason did look at the crime scene photos, went with me to DA's office and wrote a few letters for me to sound "professional" that i still had to send in myself when reaching out to higher authority. If I could give him a half star I would.... Very unprofessional... Update: Jason has been avoiding service since our first court appearance regarding the refund. He had a court date on 7/17/2024, which he failed to attend, but did provide a post-dated check dated for today (7/26/2024) at my attorneys office. Unfortunately, the check bounced, and Jason informed my attorney via email that it would not clear same day it was dated to cash. He also threatened to take civil action against me due to my review, which he alleges has caused him to lose business and face bankruptcy.

Fantastic experience: It's difficult to articulate how genius Jason Jensen is. But he is the best in the business. He thinks outside of the box and inside of the box at the very same time. His Mastery of untying complicated investigative knots and solving the most difficult crimes and tricky situations constantly blows my mind. Jason Jensen walks the talk and talks the walk. Even his beloved pet dogs barking in the background on the phone also happen to be world class cadaver dogs. Mr Jensen could track anybody anywhere anyhow any day. it's astounding to watch in action The Genius of Jason Jensen! It's a privilege and an honor to know this gentleman, because he is a true gentleman who cares deeply about people and his clients. If you want the best just simply give him a call whether you need help with a divorce, a missing person, or Lord forbid a homicide he can solve it. For the first time in my life I'm at a loss of words as it is difficult to describe just how phenomenal this true gentleman is. He can do things I've never seen anyone do before. He jumps into the case and he wraps it up with a nice bow. Don't waste your time with any other investigator, go with the best and forget the rest. Jason Jensen investigations delivered beyond my wildest expectations my particular issue and he can deliver to you a beautifully wrapped up package with a nice bow on it and solve your issue ASAP! Negative experience: Very unethical and unprofessional would not recommend using this company unfortunately I did and it and all it did was cost me money. Never returned calls or emails never received final bill they just took my money and ran. This review is based on the following After final review of my case on 29 November that money was provided to you to preform investigation tasks. Failed to provide timely response if any to emails asking for updates on work hired to preform. Also never provided a statement of work or final bill even though numerous requests were made to justify keeping full retainer I made.

Fantastic experience: Jason was very professional to work with. He was very timely and always kept us updated on our case. He found a long lost relative that we had never met and knew lived in Salt Lake City and was homeless. We needed to locate this person to settle an estate. Fantastic experience: Thank you to Jensen Investigations that provide a professional PI services, our custody case turn in favor of the truthful Father, unmasking the lies and Court contempt of the mother, that without Jensen help can be impossible of prove in this "preference for mothers" Utah State. However, due the amazing PI work, we brought the necessary evidence to help the Court take the best custody decision, showing with the PI evidence, how the Mother has been exposing the minor to a dangerous violence situations, disobeying Court orders, just for keep the relationship with her violent and abusive boyfriend. Now, thanks to the Jensen Private Investigations, the minor is under the father care and the Court decide award the father with the physical custody, for the well-being of our child. Fantastic experience: I am a single mom taking care of my child by MYSELF. Jason is the bomb. He helped me in so many ways. I hired lawyers that over charged me and gave me NO peace of mind.
