Negative experience: This company allowed someone who had a former PPO against them for physical assault and now a current PPO against them for felony stalking to put a tracker on my car…. and follow me with the intent of causing me harm. This company does not vet their clients before taking them on which tells me that they’re all about money money money. Be careful because this company gave someone who is trying to kill me access to me for almost 6 weeks. The only reason I found out about the tracker on my vehicle was because of a service being done on my car — who told me; otherwise I might be dead. Had this company vetted their customer before taking him on; they would’ve known they had a former PPO.
Alisa, Jane Doe Investigations, Inc completes work for Attorneys across the state of Michigan. We assist on criminal and civil proceedings. We pride ourselves on adhering strictly to legal guidelines and performing thorough investigations. I would like you to understand that a PPO can be issued, but a respondent does have an opportunity to contest the validity of the PPO. In fact, this is what we see happened on your first case, and the PPO was dismissed. Furthermore, the statements you are making about "felony staking" which is Aggravated Stalking is a criminal charge. There must be a police report and formal charges issued by the prosecutor’s office, which has not occurred. To be clear when our company is hired by any client, we complete an unbiased investigation. We investigate to see if the allegations or complaints that are made can be substantiated. If a GPS is used in a case to establish claims such as substance abuse, neglect, failure to follow court orders or failure to report earnings, those reports are given only to the attorney after they are reviewed. At no time does any client or their attorney have access to a subject of an investigation’s GPS tracker data. I am sorry that you are upset, however we would complete the same type of investigation if your attorney hired us. There are in fact many cases that we turn down because of a person who is not being truthful, or we find them unstable. We have completed over 14,500 cases in our 10 years, and I assure you any case for any client for the wrong reason is not worth any amount of money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Jane way back from 6th grade DARE class when she was an Oakland County deputy she would pull up with her souped up cruiser “nicest one I’ve seen yet to this day ”. Everyone respected her not just because she was law-enforcement. Fast forward to high school when I started in the restaurant Industry and she always made it a point to see how I was doing. Fantastic experience: What an amazing organization. From speaking to the assistant with my issue, to meeting the Superstar Jane herself I definitely rate them as a 110% ! She listens and offers her advise and then Jumps into action. In my case, within 5 hours of calling her, she had sooo many connections that a plan was put into motion within 5 hours!!
