Negative experience: This woman will do nothing for your money and has ZERO training. Her good reviews are all by her Facebook friends. Do not do business with this firm unless you just want to throw your money away.

Fantastic experience: When my father-in-law passed away suddenly, many friends and family wished they could find one of his best friends from school that everyone lost touch with more than 20 years ago. We didn't have much to go on but Ty the Spy found him in less than 36 hours! He attended my father-in-law's funeral and was so thankful that we tracked him down. 10 out of 10 would recommend Ty and her amazing skills.

I called her last minute in need of some same-evening PI work when I suspected my boyfriend was planning to cheat on me. Negative experience: I called and explained what I needed, she just wanted to argue “go to an Attorney and get them to serve him first”, I kept trying to explain to her, we need the proof of hidden assets first, before he’s alerted to a divorce or he’ll hide the money, she just talked over me, as if she wasn’t interested at all in taking a new case, probably because she was on vacation, it was my money and I would be paying her, so if I didn’t want to use an Attorney first and have him served and his bank served prior to me having the proof, then so be it if it cost me more, at least I’d have a better chance of holding him accountable for the hidden assets, she simply didn’t want to be bothered and she actually hung-up on me, again, probably because she was on vacation and I was bothering her, let me state, at “no” point was I rude or vocal, so there was no reason for her to hang-up on me, unless they just want to handle cases made easier for them!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent company. I called on a Saturday with an immediate emergency and the lady I spoke with told me she could immediately begin working on my case. This lady reassured me she was in the same area where my grandbabies had been taken and she would be my eyes and ears. This lady was so passionate about my case. It was as if she were working on her own case. I was an emotional train wreck and Kim helped me keep it together. She worked laboriously on my investigation and her surveillance work was top knotch. She stayed in constant communication with me because my grandbabies had been taken to another state with people I did not know. Kim kept me calm in some of my weakest moments. Her reports were spot on and she kept me focused. This has probably been one of the hardest most emtionally exhaustive experiences that I have ever encountered, but Kim provided so much more than detailed reports and survelliance videos. Kim went above and beyond what I ever expected. She dug her heels into the focus of my investigation and uncovered a mountain of information. I live 7 hours from Kim and she shortened her vacation to come and testify at my court hearing. I would reccomend Kim for any investigative work. She is extremely intelligent and professional, but she genuinely feels the pain of her clients and she digs her heels in deeper. The cost of her services were phenomenal. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work.

Fantastic experience: I hired Ty and Kim to work on an embezzlement, fraud case for me. Ty has her specialty and Kim has hers. Together they got it done. Very intelligent people for sure. I work mainly with Kim and she is a wonderful person as well as Ty. I highly recommend hiring them for all of your PI needs. There was so much stuff they were able to find out for me. They are part of my family now. That's how comfortable they will make you feel. If I got frustrated over something. Kim would get me back on track and I wouldn't let it bother me. Guided me on all the things to do. There is not enough stars to properly rate them. 5 stars is not enough from my experience with them. They also helped a friend of mine as well. I will refer everyone that needs PI work over to them.

Fantastic experience: I am a general liability claims adjuster employed by a government agency in Florida. I have been using ASI for close to 20 years and am extremely pleased with the results I get. The bulk of the work I require is surveillance but I also order person locates, backgrounds, recorded statements and a host of other services that support my work. They even found a homeless person for me once using just a name, description and a general location. One of the most valuable qualities is that the investigators can be trusted to do the work, not inflate invoices and bring difficulties to my attention and recommend workable solutions. I highly recommend ASI for anyone with a legitimate reason for needing high quality investigative work work.
