Positive experience: Great people. Parking can be difficult to manage. Also the front steps are questionable.

Negative experience: I wish i could give no star. This place is employee total liars. I went there from macomb, drove an hour for fingerprinting. The form i filled out i put the correct first name, and then she had me checked, and then i signed. And then later she made a misspelled in typing in computer she was trying to put blame on me that i checked and signed and she never showed me computer what she typed in. After a couple of days, i found out, so i called to get it fixed so she said if i'll have to do it again, i'll have to pay $67 again and go an hour away for the mistake she made. What a ridiculous customer service! I'm never going to this place again.

Negative experience: Came to my place of business to serve an employee that was not on the property. Insulted our staff, then left and threw the trash out of their car on our parking lot. They looked unprofessional and acted unprofessional.

Negative experience: Paid a ton of money for an investigation and never heard from them. No reports, no accounting of time spent, no results. Mislead us about knowing our attorney. Whole experience very bad. Would ever use them again.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a background check, and it wasn't the most effortless process ever. The only downfall is it was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: Tried to illegally enter my residence by pushing in the door. Currently filing charges with the local sheriff and a complaint with the state of Illinois. Dangerous and unprofessional and highly liable for lawsuits.

Negative experience: They failed to serve on the first attempt and they offered the 2nd attempt free of charge then on the second they called me to see if I could meet them there at the persons home in which I needed served and I stated I was out of town and could they just try to get it done and still they failed but they sure took my money

Positive experience: The people here were friendly and helpful while to help two littles get fingerprints.

Negative experience: Paid them thousands of dollars and never received my report or a phone call explaining anything after giving them my money and the initial meeting. the police took the guy down so our investigation ended. i've tried getting a copy of my report and they never return my calls or emails... i feel like i paid so much money for nothing!
